there’s a “get up from knockout” button mashing thing going on. given that, i’m sure that a jolt counter in the beginning would down sendou, but it would be easy to get up from it since it was in the beginning. that said, getting downed in the first round is a completely different thing form getting downed in round 10.

I’m pretty sure a jolt counter would down anyone, but it’s almost fact that a jolt counter would not KO Sendo in the first round. Thanks for telling me about the button mashing thing, makes a lot more sense now why Sendo didn’t get up.

The jolt counter should still be a little hard to pull off (or a 2 per round w/ cool down or higher cost) if it can instant KD… :wonder: 3 KD = TKO… but i’m thinking only his counters will have enough weight to force a KD in the game… can’t wait

I think I know someone who speaks Portuguese… ( and remotely cares about anime/video games ) if so i’ll see if there is a target release date… :bluu: don’t hold your breath

To me, there are no dumb arcs in Ippo, I’d say it’s one of the best on-going series ever. Just sit back and enjoy the ride lol.

Asasubs (the guys who got ep 15 out first) have the worst subs I think I’ve ever read. Tons of engrish. The extra swearing was pretty funny though (Aoki calling Kimura a motherfucker was lol).
