Still waiting for the new chapter. Now we have Miyata with the Light Speed Punch and Ippo with the Dempsey Roll that Coach Kamogawa seems to want to turn into an Infinite Dempsey Roll. Bad-ass.
Do it. I started with the 1st season since the end of last year and I havenāt regretted it ever since. One of the finest examples of sports series I have yet to see (alongside Slam Dunk). Oh, when you do watch the 1st series, make sure you get the soundtracks; theyāre absolutely awesome.
Aw man, I think they really did change the seiyuu for Kumi.
Thankfully, Iām liking the new voice for Kumi already. She sounds pretty sexy compared to her old high-pitched seiyuu from before.
It kinda reminds me of when they changed the seiyuu for Sakura in SF4.

the only time he confessed was at the beach like you can see in ep 13.
I recall a scene in the manga where Kumi and Ippo were in a room together (they were set up by the guys), but Ippo self-cock-blocked again. :bluu:

Episode 13 was hilarious indeed. The Takamura ghost and grope bits just shined through the entire ep.
And yeah, I thought Kumiās new VA was rather solid and much better than the older one.
Yeah, I think I was confused. The scene in Ep. 13 was the scene from the manga that I was talking about. When I said what I said, it was before I watched Ep. 13.
