This is a MENTAL injury. CTE/Punch Drunk fucks up so many lives. Chris Benoit immediately comes to mind.

If felt so bad for Nekota once I saw the flashbacks, but it seems he still has his Spider-Man reflexes judging by how he recovered.

It also seems Ippo is destined to go out in a blaze of glory. Hopefully he at least gets laid before then.

I like the differing philosophies between good old friends.

But damn Ippo is gullible lol. I’m just glad Morikawa didn’t show him using Shake Weights. I wonder if the second chapter hints at Ippo learning to regain his his fine motor skills by bowling with wrist/ ankle weights or something similar?

Can’t wait for the next chapters.
