Nope, never seen any famous guile players personally in Japan. Good eye on the frenchman thing… wouldn’t have noticed if you hadn’t said it. I can decipher kana and a bit of kanji but I’m always a bit aloof to how katakana will translate into engrish.

So I wonder…Yoshiwo had about 29K Battle Points there, and it looked like Hishou had around 96K; how much BP does Yoshiwo get for the win? Or, if that wasn’t a ranking match, how much would he get? I’m ignorant of such things.
