Not to mention getting 999 rupees then rolling back over to 1
What? I mentioned Persona 3. Does the whole Social Link thing make it inferior to the others or something?
what a fucking shitty post. As if just lists weren’t bad enough post all the box art for like 20 god damn games and not say a fucking thing about any of them.
That was a good FPS, I actually still have it. Definitely one of the best single player FPSs. Story was good, gdlk characters all set in different times, buncha fun ass challenges. idk about multiplayer my lil brother never liked to play vs me in anything and my dad got high blood pressure when he started playing shooting games, no lie. But he introduced me to FF4 when I was like 7 so I can forgive him
I would have to say Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I think it’s one of the few games that has yet to lose its appeal after all these years.
In terms of a game that has moved me and I will never forget, I would have to say Final Fantasy VI(Than again this was my first FF game years ago). It has such a great story and amazing soundtrack.
Just a few:
WoW (vanilla to tbc)
Warcraft 3
3s
Probably the only three games I truly enjoyed AND never got tired of. I really feel like most platformers and RPGs are a chore.
Honorable mentions: MGS series, Pokemon series, Megaman X.
From the moment the credits opened, 'twas pure magic.
Best game soundtrack of all time, imo

You may have missed the insight, grasshopper. The statement was in fact: random, 2nd rate Dreamcast racer beats hands-down Mario 3, Super Metroid, ST, and even the eternal majestic glory that was Saints Row 2
I would probably pay to be a member of SRK if more posts like FMABB’s were encouraged. In a sense, it’s a fondly nostalgic form of web discourse in it’s own right.
i think a game that is worthy of praise that i feel is a bit under appreciated is killer 7 as well as resonance of fate
Dark souls…best game of the last 10 years…by far
The ten years before it was the baldur’s gate series
Two total classics right there: Mikami and SEGA, hell yeah
If you’re only “clicking” in an action RPG, then you’re a scrub. You need to bind your skills to be able to quickly use them effectively. It also makes those games more fun, too.
You’re considered a clicking scrub in these type of games, and, you’d get fucking bopped in any form of PvP you goddamn clicker.
Go run a HC untwinked singing barb through hell act 5 and tell me your diablo 2 experience was repetitive and lame.

Ultima VIII is even more hardcore
I’ve played literally every single build possible in Diablo 2 pre and post synergies. War Cry Barb was probably the biggest waste of time, but it was entertaining to play as one with max FCR. A melee class being a caster? Hilarious.
I just thought of the first weird build off the top of my head. Point being ya, if you played D2 as some standard build on bnet doing cows or baal all day your experience probably sucked. If you play it offline and try out some challenging builds its not just simple click click.

I think you linked the wrong video here.
notice how few mentions the fps/3ps games have gotten.
mostly rpgs, then fighters, then action, then shooters dead last.
whats the matter?
no one wants to mention any brain dead fps zombie games that have oversaturated the gaming world…practically single handedly causing the casualization of all gaming genres?
for shame.
Games going toward casual friendly has been going on a lot longer than CoD and zombie shooters, get real
The first Sonic game was when I actually started playing video games, while I feel the Sonic titles on the Mega Drive was great, S3&K is my all-time favorite and still play it regularly.
Honorable Mentions:
Super Mario 64
Ocarina of Time
Goldeneye 64
WWF No Mercy
Street Fighter (There’s a lot i like, too many to count)
What?
No, wait… WHAT?
