big difference being the assumption of all “blacks are thugs” actually affect innocent black dudes (examples all over this thread) while the “lazy generalization” of cops being “bad cops” doesn’t translate into actual fines or penalties towards the bad ones. It DOES look like he starts moving before you hear the shots…but at THAT distance, there would be an audio lag. You’d hear something a second AFTER it happened. They just might have shot him without physical cause.

I’m guessing the officer arrested him because the kid “resisted arrest.” The thing is the officer put his hands on the kid and then started yelling “stop resisting.” Nice of the officer to sneak in a few cheap shots with his baton. Then more cops came to the scene then tackled and arrested the kid. The officer could have just written the kid a ticket for jaywalking but chose to escalate the situation by bringing out his baton and attempting to choke the kid. Based on the article and video, the scuffle started when the officer brought out his baton to choke the kid.
Note: When the officer puts his hands on you, he/she will start yelling “stop resisting” which will lead to an arrest.

Don’t see how him being in a wheelchair changes anything here, given the evidence of a gun and self inflicted gun wounds. Suicide via police isn’t that unheard of. Did you even read the article, or are you just reading clickbait headlines and posting them without thinking? Or you could just be shitstirring; don’t know. I will keep in mind that people sitting down with a gun are less threatening than people standing up with a gun, however.
