nah, thats not the case with worldstar videos mostly. its the case of people seeing some action and instantly pulling out their phones to record shit, not for just in case, but to just upload to the internet for attention. there are some cases where friends are the ones recording, but most of that worldstar shit is just bystanders trying to get in on the action.
you really cannot do anything publicly these days without someone recording you. in a way its good when its good, but its bad if youre just having fun, or having a bad day, and youre recorded and uploaded to the internet for their own benefit, not yours.
the constitution protects it, so it is what it is, but its so fucking lame to think that my slip and fall, my freaky moment with my gf in a car for the first time, fight with an asshole, piss in an alley, etc… can be freely recorded and uploaded to the internet with no consequence whatsoever.
im glad i grew up before this era. the things i saw and did in the clubs, bars, streets, etc… before this movement of social media the way it is. omg id be so on front street right now. i liked it when i could get drunk and public, and all my shenanigans were just a memory, or at best someone had a picture of me just enjoying myself, not a full on in your face video of me doing shenanigans.
i like what justin beiber did recently with his party. he made niggas sign a contract for a few million, that if they spread anything outside of his estate, they were gonna get sued the fuck up. too many people are record happy these days, just to have content for their twitter, facebook, blog, etc… its so lame and gross. sometimes i wonder how the youth even has fun.

i wasnt even gonna bring this up, because its just so dumb, but i think there was an old thread and i should bump it if its there. if not, then its good here.
to simplify a rant. they got irritated with a known schizophrenic. if they knew that or not, i dont know. they told him to get on the ground, he didnt comply, but wasnt really being aggressive. in comes captain thunder with the batton hit to the legs. at any point either one of these huge men could have subdued him in handcuffs 15 minutes before the altercation, and im sure even a simple threat of a stun gun and some demands would have netted results. anyways, they take him down, there is a lot of screaming and pleading from the homeless man, who was old and skinny. they never seemed to acknowledge his pleas to give up and to stop attacking him. about 4 others showed up and continued to pile up on him. they told him to stop moving, WHILE TAZING HIM, as is the normal procedure for them as we have seen over the years, which is astonishing. you cannot taze someone and tell them not to move WHILE YOU ARE TAZING THEM. so after 15 minutes and 6-7 officers, this frail old man finally is cuffed and put to a hault, but thats because hes dying at this point, and what does a jury of his “peers” do. they say not guilty
i mean, i understand the theory of a jury, and its so good right, but in actuality, its fucking ridiculous. a bunch of schlubs who are basically hand picked by the judge, and or attorney , who dont have to even know basic high school math, take any test of logic, pass a drug test, anything other then be 18, not know any lawyers, witnesses, etc…, and be american.
the intellectually handicapped, which is a vast majority of america, are deciding a whole lot of which they shouldnt. the jury, similar to the trayvon case, didnt even at least give some of those officers manslaughter, excessive force, NOTHING AT ALL. in the 15 minutes after they tackled him down, there were more times then i can count for them to have ended it. CUFF HIS FUCKING LEGS, he cant run, then cuff his hands, front or back. he cant do shit. if he still wants to act crazy, let him wear himself out like a kid, or get together, toss him in the back of the car, and go to the jail.
they are taught to do that type of bullshit, clean beatdown that looks like youre just trying to subdue someone, when in reality you could have done that a long time ago, youre just trying to get in your little jabs and pokes. still trying to make him pay for defying you because you area sociopath. im not saying police work is easy, and no i dont fucking like police at all. they are just a “necessary evil” of sorts, reflections of ourselves, in a shitty world, and country that needs such overseers because it could be much worse. but with that said, that jury is trash, the life of a homeless man is still a life, and similar to people of brown/black skin, and women, we are irrelevant to the system unless the police are caught red handed in the case of black/brown people, or a paternity, marriage, or rape case for women. outside of that, beat them into submission.
i know a lot of people shit on the homeless as subhumans of sorts, because somehow they think they are special, and are in control of their destiny from conception, but im saddened by the lack of empathy for that guy as a human being, and the amount of steps not taken to ensure he be as docile as possible and no harm to himself or others before blasting his face into the concrete, and ganging up on him. YOU TAZED HIM WHILE TELLING HIM TO NOT MOVE MORE TIMES THEN I CAN COUNT ON TWO HANDS.
but i dont know, maybe the jury saw something else. they were probably just a couple of schlub ass housewives and idiots who were like, fuck that homeless guy, he was a waste of space anyways, not understanding the consequences of their actions. a bunch of cops just solidified for themselves that they can commit murder to people society thinks little of and get away with it like they always have been, are, and will continue to.
its disgusting, and i would never live in l.a, just like i would never live in nyc. their police forces are abominations.
