Frustrated leads to
A) Trying to kill people and backing off at the last second
B) Trying to scare people and being a fucking piece of shit
C) Fucking blind and need your license to drive revoked
I guess it’s a good thing he didn’t attack the cops be keeping his distance and keeping his hands in the air. That would’ve gotten him maced and arrested, at the very least.
Smart to go the several Attempted Murder route, to get off without charges.

NYPD is now working 12 hour days 7 days a week.
The driver attempted to drive his truck in a crowd. That already had people riled up.
