People in early access already bought the game though. Unless tens of thousands of people did the preorder from Amazon, get the preorder code, register it then cancel the preorder trick I don’t see player numbers tapering off much after EA ends. It won’t be until the first 30 days free game time ends will the numbers drop. I say give it 3-6 months and the server pop will be half of what it is now. The 6 month exodus happens to every MMO. Either the casuals move onto the next big MMO that’s out, or the hardcore vets exhaust all the content in the game in a couple months and return to their real online home - complaining about the current state of MMOs on mmorpg.com forums. Only the dedicated FF fans with their unoriginal series derived character (Cloud Leonhart lol) names will be left. Not really a bad thing per se because those people will probably be what makes the community “nice” and “helpful”.
Well game is downloading, its gonna take about a day to download, though maybe starting at midnight, I’ll get more bandwidth, so gonna go play legend of dragoon, and I’ll see yall tomorrow hopefully!

damn today me and my FC got the server to come hunt down behemoth. we killed all the fates atleast 5 tiems over and the motherfucker still didt spawn :(. my guess is hes on a 10+ hour spawn timer
Ok… I’m getting really annoyed that I can’t connect my PC characters with ps3… It keeps telling me to check my code yati yati. Then says to go make sure my settings are right on their servers. Mofos I know it’s right cus you fcks walked me through it!
I read around that people did just that. Pre-ordered and then cancelled it just to try it out. I try to think of how many people (kids) begged their parents to get the game, leaving out the fact that they’ll be a monthly subscription? It’s some shit my brother would do. :lol:
Nevertheless, I’m “okay” with playing when I get home from work. I play for a few hours so I’m not grinding and burning myself out. Just gotta stay logged on when I get in from work on Friday nights so I can actually play on the weekends. I tend to be one of those that stick to a game for years if it’s well worth it. So far, I’ve been diggin’ it and going at a much slower pace will help me enjoy it even more. With more content release and events, I’ll probably stick around.

So this list of servers that you can’t create a character on, is that basically all of the NA servers?
Cause that’s kind of not fair for people buying the game at launch and not knowing that before they buy a piece of software, that in most cases is not returnable (doesn’t matter to me personally).
