which game?
it was some strategy/tactics looking thing, complete with the “grid” look where characters stand on hexagon areas and take turns attacking enemies. Also, the graphics looked like something from the late 1990s.
I saw that. Yeah, wasn’t feeling it.

The Samurai Jack game looks a bit rough. The show’s artstyle is rather tough to translate to 3D so it wouldn’t look that anyway, so that one is whatever, but the gameplay itself…
I hope it’s just for the purposes of the demonstration but it looks hella slow. Jack is known to be a fast swordsman who literally one-shots most of his foes. Based on the footage I can only say that the combat needs a Turbo mode like DMC4.
Hopefully the battle system is deep enough to allow for some sick moves and combos. Like for example even for how simplistic Transformers Devastation was there’s a lot of Platinum touch in it and there are advanced techniques
