I think getting in Sega and Square’s good graces again shows they’re at least making some kind of effort to bring back Japanese based IP’s to the Xbox brand.
The entire Yakuza series and FF7-13 (minus 11 obviously) are all a step in the right direction.

I bought a Xbox 360 just for the shmups games alone. It doesn’t matter if they bring sega and square to their platform if the games ended up being multiplatform anyway.

It’s probably gonna be a port of the Directors Cut exclusive to Japan which means Dante will be replaced with Raido Kuzinoha.

It’s the exact same game except Dante is replaced by Raidou and a couple minor balance changes an ish. It’s no big loss, Dantrs not even a very good character in SMT3.

I wouldn’t say its been a shit show but its been a long drawn out jumbled mess where I feel some things that have been announced have had a higher chance of flying under the radar. Also not having the interviews and hands on demos together with most of the games is sorely missed. Feel like you get a wealth of info from so many different sources during E3 that you can get a pretty decent grasp of where a game is.
I really need U.S. to get its shit together by next year but I doubt it.
