Fixed.

2D HNK was great.

The biggest flaws were the small cast, lack of killer final round zero star moves, and the bottom tier.

Raoh, Toki, Rei, Judah, Shin, and Ken were all ToD characters.

Souther would have been too, if he had had a comboable banishing flat, or a damned fist cancel at least.

Heart and Jagi SHOULD have been low tier, and Mamiya should have been a background sprite.

I swear I want DW series to go back to 1 weapon. Making everyone use any weapon makes me think they’re just too lazy to think of new movesets or running even lower on money to make new movesets for non new characters.
