I think it’s worth it for Ein if you aren’t doing a high damaging CH/HCH combo anyway. But it’s not unheard of, sacrificing damage in order to get the gauranteed knockdown for the follow-ups.
It depends how much of a sacrifice it is and how much of a reward and how safe the reward is.

Considering the context and the simple fact that he doesn’t speak English, it’s pretty obvious he meant that he wasn’t going to make Bass as fast as Jann Lee to make him easier to play.

aka difficult to use and master is a way that could be interpreted.

I always thought DOA was pretty cool since I played the first one on PSX. I gotta admit though the Aerosmith songs in the intro’s in the last couple games really piss me off.

WCG US Open was actually an invitational with very few people invited. Quite defeats the purpose of being called an “open”.
The actual nationals will be sometime in August I believe.
Most of the information there was made 2 weeks before the game came out.

I seriously doubt Storm would show. He already owes money to people, Offbeat should know better. If for some reason Storm does show up, and they do play, I have a feeling Storm wouldn’t have the money anyways, or “had to spend it on [insert excuse here]”. That’s why you show the money up front anyways.

Man, I’m getting ***** recklessly by scrubs and this never happened before back when I was playing about a year ago. The thing is I find a have an easier time with people who play semi decently. I can pretty much bait throws and 4k their ass or bait counters and land a high counter throw on them but the scrubs. They counter too randomly for me and it seems I can’t adjust to their style before the match ends. Any tips?
Practice your counters and read more. Or hang back and poke. Or throw when they leave themself open for it.
Newb stomping is a fine art, much like in all other fighting games.
