On a smaller note… I alos just got my 3rd Blue Eyes White Dragon on Yugioh : World Championship 2004. Been trying to build a Kaiba deck for quite a while.
My R&F movie is done. I never thought I could do it but I beat Perfect King with only the Mega Buster and Lightning Bolt when the orbs come out.

I can’t wait to get “Custom Self”…this game has been tougher than I thought it would be though. It’s hard to save up money. Special Abilities cost a lot compared to the chump change you get from beating people up. I did rack up quite a bit of money yesterday, since I lucked up and found the gang that uses a ladder! That ladder makes great things happen…it has the best reach out of any weapon I’ve seen so far, and it seems (understandably) powerful…I can knock 3 guys out at the same time with it.
Unfortunately my hands get kinda tired after playing RCR for awhile. I was on this game for about 2 hours last night. It got frustrating when I would get a decent amount of money, and then get hit a few times…thus having to go back to buy food…which knocks my total back down. It’s even worse when I get caught and KOed…apparently death costs you a lot of money…?
My character’s name is “Dooki”, btw. It should be “Dookie” of course, but there’s only so much room.
anyone with RCR----is “Custom Self” a color-edit(*i.e.->re-color your shirt to anything with an RGB bar or something)? Or is it a mixNmatch of existing sprites?(*i.e.–> use a dark hair + black shirt + white pants, etc.)

Glad you got a copy of RCR EX, Million. The game is just so much fun to play. When you get the money, make sure you buy Torpedo. Torpedo=One bad, unstoppable mutha.
I bought Rocket Night Adventures for my Genesis yesterday and SSX3 for GC since it dropped to $20. I also pre-ordered the Mega Man Anniversary Collection for PS2 at Funcoland and got a 8-bit Link t-shirt since they had some left over from Zelda pre-orders. Now I only have to pay $25 for both versions of the MMAC when it is released. Man, I can’t wait.
oh hell yeah…i just found some codes for River city ransom! I can start messing around with “Custom Self” immediately…hopefully this works… I don’t even care about the codes to get all the techs, or a rediculous sum of money…I just want to create my own character…
Where’s Legend of the Mystical Ninja!!! This game would be PERFECT for GBA! Hmm…I seem to remember a Pocky and Rocky game wayyyyy back for GB that was similar…but that’s not the same. I think that was even before Gameboy Color!

I am definitely ready for Hyper SF2! I think for the first time in SF history, I think we American gamers got something for Japan to whine about. I read that the US version of HSF2 also has 3rd Strike included.

Perorders on games are usually $5. Some places let you pay it all up front, though. I read GameSpot’s impressions last night and it’s shapping up to be a solid compilation pack. All the glitches, slowdown, codes everything from the NES games is in there. They said they’ve even had more fun with the MMAC pack than the new games out there.
As for Hyper SF2, I hear ya! I’m so excited about that one. I never got to play SF3S. I’m gonna preorder that as well.
I’m probably going to pick up both versions of MM Collection (GC and PS2), but it’s probably going to cost you around $5 per title to reserve at most Gamestores.
I’m also looking forward to Hyper Collection w/ 3rd Strike for PS2. Now, the tourney-heads can have something at home to practice on, and also for the fact that finally the “PS2 can’t do 2-D” argument has been utterly squashed. GGXX silenced a lot of nay-sayers, now 3rd Strike will get the rest of them. Hey, I’m no Sony fanboy, but it’s funny making people eat crow. :lol:

I’m writing my review for RCR EX and just doing that makes me want to play it. The first time I went through the game I had the CPU cover my back as Ryan. This time I’m going to go solo as Alex (that white school uniform is just POWER!) and kick serious booty. I don’t need no stinkin’ posse! I’m going to beat up these fools like they owed me money.

Currently taking a break from fighting games. I’m currently playing ff6 (first time playing through this game, on the PSX-- I heart Sabin and Edgar) and ff7 (for the umpteenth time on the PC-- tifa and yufers ^_______^). Both are good but also have flaws so I wouldn’t say that either one is the best game ever. God the fanboys’ll be after my head now, I bet :lol:
I do believe it’s that time again, when I start a game on Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, the best Castlevania ever. What’s that you say? Symphony of the Night you say? I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: SOTN IS OVERRATED.

I’m currently playing Ninja Gaiden on Xbox. The stuff you can do in this game is amazing! Brings back old times.
As far as Sony’s stance on 2D is concerned, they still feel that way. A couple of games here and there aren’t going to change much in the grand scheme of things. Probably the reason they are doing this is because those same games are coming out on other consoles too(SF:AE on Xbox, MM:AC on GC) and they want to get all the money they can before the other guys do. That’s how I see it.
With that said, back to Ninja Gaiden I go!
Got all As on all of Team Dark’s levels now. Just have Team Chaotix to go. But they’re gonna be the hardest ones.
I also played a couple levels of Sam:Next last night. I really like the level design. Some of the new enemies are kinda dumb, though (the soldier ants, for one) and I still have a hard time with the controller. But I think that this will be a good game overall. I really like the new look for the werebulls, too.
Circle of the Moon was okay, but I like Aria of Sorrow better. I wish they’d stop neutering the whip-wielding characters for the sake of a “classic” Castlevania game and go back to the eight-direction whip of Simon in CV4, and throw in multiple whips/weapons. Hell, some Alucard-esque command moves would be nice too.
Super-Hard Mode in Sonic Heroes is now mine. Getting As on some of Team Chaotix’s later levels (especially Final Fortress first mission) was really tough, but I did it. Now on to beating this mode. I played the first level already, and I can tell that this isn’t going to be easy at all.
I was sick on Friday so I didn’t get any gaming done. But now I’m all better and it’s open season on gaming.

I played a bit of Super Puzzle Fighter amd I can already tell that this is not my daddy’s Puyo Pop. I’m gonna have to readl the manual and watch Dan’s gay behind in the tutorial to understand how things work.
I’m also getting back to Prince of Persia. I seem to be playing this game in small doses but I think it’s a solid action/platform title.
Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour will also see more play time. I’m going to win the next tourney with Luigi just like I did the first one.
