I’m basically just killing time with Advance Wars 2, D2:LoD (1.11 woot), MvC2, and Katamari Damacy until Graffiti Kingdom finally fucking shows up.
First they say Graffiti Kingdom will be out in APRIL, then it got pushed back to July 26. Then on saturday (my 20th bday), I went down to eb and found it it got pushed back to August 17. Needless to say I’m pissed. Anyway, while I was out at least I got Tales of Symphonia for $20cdn. Still, FUCK YOU RELEASE DATES.
been playing some wc3x lately, good shit i can never get sick of it especially if i have a partner. also some vj1 if i feel like it, i dont like the game as much as i should it seems.
basically those two and some neo geo fighters with my half ass stick until i fix my stick and i finally get the real dracula x (hopefully tonight or tomorrow).
*there is a new trailer for Hulk Ultimate Destruction over at Gametrailers.com. Check out the awesomeness, please. I refuse to be the only person that will be playing this. There is no doubt it will be perhaps the first truly great Hulk game…as well as one of the greatest comic book hero based games ever. Watch and be amazed at how Hulk does a super elbow drop on a police car, and snatches helicopters out of the air like they were paper airplanes.
*speaking of comic games…then we have Ultimate Spiderman just around the corner…playable Venom, folks. Cel-shade graphics. Comic-book panel-style presentation. If you miss out on this and you are even a casual Spidey fan, you should slap yourself.
omg i finally got dracula x pc engine version! so far so good, im going to enjoy this!
edit: just beat it, too bad its all in japanese… unlike the weird intro (german?). anyways i got 60% so far, i need to rescue 3 more hostages. does the game fit with the hype? well, its a great game no doubt but its too easy compared to cv3 and scv4 and i know i shouldnt compare this with sotn, but i think i sort of like sotn much more.
well i got 94% so far in dracula x, i got all the hostages… i wonder what im missing. i think i forgot to finish a level and i know exactly which one so i hopes its that.
edit: finally found the path i never took and got the 100%. yay im a true castlevania fan!
Beat Rockman & Forte last night from my King’s Fortress save data.
I don’t know if this is considered hardcore or not, but during Dr. Wily’s stage (long ass Megaman 1/X1 style marathon stage with scattered boss rooms instead of 8 chambers) I beat Dynamo Man without using Copy Vision just used the plain Mega Buster.
Yeah the next elder scrolls is gonna be a little too good. I think they made it shorter for the players safety. Good luck finishing morrowind tho, I gave up again.
Lately I’ve been playing a lot of Doom 3. This game is the shit. I was a huge fan of the original two Doom games, and I think that the latest is a great addition to the series. I’m not really that far yet, but I’m having a blast playing it.
Oh I’ve played SG. Fun game but the final boss was just too annoying for me. But then, I don’t have a lot of patience. But I loved the visuals, voice overs and different aircrafts.
Well I finished Final Fantasy II a few days ago. Thanks to it and FFI, I’m finally feeling RPGs again just like I did in the SNES days. I was gonna start Kingdom Hearts but I have to get a new Dual Shock 2 controller because my other one just deciced to screw up. Unbafreakinglievable. And I wanted to playe some Mega Man Anniversary Collection 2. Well there’s always Breath of Fire IV and Dragon Warrior VII. I never got around to starting either of those.
Anyway, I started playing Meteos two days ago. Man, does this game rock. It took me some time getting used to it but I’m improving little by little. I need to get my quick reflexes back at puzzle games. I like how no two planets are the same and each meteo looks different. There’s also a surprising amount of extras and unlockable content. I say that because these are things I never expect from a puzzle game. Even the visuals are tight and so is the tunage.
