I think the average person in the world is fairly neutral… not smart, not dumb, not particularly driven toward good, but not particularly driven toward evil. Just a malleable chunk of inchoate humanity.
Kind of like in cartoons, when the character has a tiny angel on one shoulder and a tiny devil on the other, both whispering. Except in this case, the devil is Fox News and it has a megaphone.
I realize that to contradict the Supreme Court is considered heresy in this country, but this is bullshit. There are so many other situations in which ostensibly private institutions have been legally stopped from discriminating in their hiring/firing practices, and the few exceptions usually involve a Christian church.
I don’t think it’s that simple. Almost everyone thinks they’re learned or rational, which is the underlying problem. When you have a multiple conspiracies of modalities, they’re easily swayed by whatever faction they’ve been taught or feel is true; even believing that the “bigger picture” lies within their faction’s POV. So while I do agree they may be rational or intelligent in a scholastic or professional sense, their critical thinking sectors are severely lacking.
And as they are the majority, they try to bull that down the throats of the learned.
It is the ultimate manifestation of emotive greed - to be right by force of numbers, even when mathematically, scientifically, and logically flatout dead wrong.
I love the commentary on that. 'cause he leaked a video that wasn’t meant to be aired he’s obviously entirely full of shit, and even the video he leaked is just liberal propaganda.:looney:
I’ll look for it but I recommend checking out the rest of those vids for the 17th. The nicely talk about a lot of stuff from the past that you can normally find but also talk about stuff that happens by the day that all relates and builds up to the bigger picture. Like the NATO summit here in chicago in a bit, the huge amount of rubber bullets ordered (to use on US citizens), the practice drills with army helicopters and soldiers practicing firing weapons in the city 2 days ago, TSA spies in the public, renouncing of passports, etc.
looks like you need a [S]free[/S] account to access the high quality DL but dude said the presentations should be available seperately iirc, I’m looking…
From the stuff I’ve been reading/hearing and everyone who’s been doing research into the big lie that is the world reality, it’s already been way worse than grim (aside from the more fantastical ideas about ETs, reptilians, and weather/MC weapons, spirits).
The thing is that they can supposedly take it away without due process.
The more involved you are/have been in the system set in place the more you have to work out what ‘realistic’ is imo
I just bought his book: The World as it is - Dispatches on the Myth of Human Progress. His books on the fraud-ism of modern atheism/liberals and ‘war is a force that gives us meaning’ and especially ‘empire of illusion’ are other ones I wanna look into (and the graphic novel he’s working on too).
Hopefully I’ll get some time to read it in between all the other stuff I’m looking up lately (I’ll drop the Chris Hitchens book I was in the middle of reading).
The vid of him being booed when he was trying to wake people up at a Liberal Arts college graduation ceremony was pretty saddening. In southern IL, yay : /
