Honestly, it’s the same shit over and over. All the Alex players comment once more on old knowledge: Stun Gun is NOT a good super and Boomerang Raid is the way to go. Then, someone starts to chirp up and say, “Oh, but I -know- how to use it,” implying that everyone else doesn’t. There’s nothing new and innovative about it. Alex isn’t Yun with all his variations on his Genei-Jin combos.
But hey, no one’s gonna stop you if you really want to use it. Just don’t expect to go far with it.
Man some people can’t take a joke, of fucking course i know it’s a horrible super. I can stun with basic and some advance moves, there’s no need to make a SA out of it.
Crouching opponents take at least a third of stun when your standing hp, throw some powerbombs and kara throws, it’s all gravy baby o.O

And homeboy who said I couldn’t is going to lose money easily…but making it to EVO is a totally different subject and it’s impossible for me to do so. I don’t doubt you could pull off shenanigans like that at Evo. I’m sure there are plenty of scrubs who enter at Evo, although I doubt you could against many of the posters in this thread.
Your reasons aside, most people play Stun Gun because their either playing for fun, against people who don’t know how to escape Stun Gun, or because Stun Gun apparently owns Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom.

What does popularity have to do with playing this game? I never said you COULDN’T do it, I said you wouldn’t do it. Because I wouldn’t let you. I didn’t claim evo just so WE could play, I claimed it because any player worth his salt wouldn’t mind “breaking his balls” to get to evo because it’s a good place to gauge your skill comparatively. If 20 bucks wasn’t enough I would have been willing to set it at like 400-500. That was no problem for me.
Anyway…I like doing uoh to EX uppercut because mother fuckers be grabbing and shit.
Why the fuck would anyone block low after a UOH? Most of the scrubs in this thread are likely mash grab after they’ve been hit by something like that. Also I played alex long before shoto and I still don’t even uppercut after uoh with shotos. Shit’s mad scrubby. I just jump away after a uoh with ken. Just as safe and it still shows I know what they’re going to try to do. BYAH!

your question should be: why the fuck would anyone block high after a UOH? wouldn’t they be blocking low to begin with? what’s gonna hit them high after a UOH? at least you have a chance at blocking something low if they fuck up.

I don’t always jump back roundhouse because when I do sanchez EX elbow slashes.
I try to pay attention to distances when I uoh i don’t just mash it like a scrub.
I’m not saying I always hit with the ex, I also don’t do it too often in the middle of a game cause then it leaves me with nothing to fall back on if I’m low on health. I try to limit myself to once per round.
