Still don’t understand the kara tornado throw. What are the exact inputs? I saw it at the beginning of the video but they confused the shit out of me 
It’s very difficult, it’s easier and almost as good to simply do HCB + F Punch for a little extra range on tornado throw.
Here’s a video of Makoto doing the same technique and having it pay off
just take what’s being done here and apply it to Abel, It’ll work post overhead as depicted in the above video 
ok so i have a question, i have trouble landing step kicks in any situation. if i am being rushed or they are turtling, i guess i am asking if i just throw the step kicks out there and hope for the best or if i am looking for things to suggest it will hit. and also do u plink the h.p from the step kick?
I’m working on the armor canceling aspect of Abel’s game, but I randomly do it but I want to do it consistently because against DiveKick characters it would be a great way to stop that
Armor Cancelling:
A great way to practice this
Training mode:
Player one: Abel
Player Two: Cody
As the Dummy, Record Cody doing a backthrow and then immediately hold up forward and hit roundhouse on the way down
It will hit meaty where you can practice doing Ex COD armor cancel into Tornado Throw.
same with Ryu, sweep, hold uf, j.roundhouse
I can only do this against meaty attacks, I dont know the reason why :D.
It’s also very!! good against dudley, whose gameplan depends on meaty overhead or meatylow.
To do this consistently, you really have to learn the other characters, I know that cammy has some meaty divekick setups, but I dont recognize them in the game, so you have to learn a lot of scenarios.
don 't even try it vs cammy. Her meaty dive kick setups make all the armor cancels happen the wrong way. well armor cancel into ex roll has it’s uses, but no armor cancels that can shift momentum back to abel works vs her

really?!?! jjesus i must see this. Cuz whenever i play a decent cammy player(i consider a cammy player good when they can at least crossup dive kick on purpose and do the setups properly lol) i try to armor cancel -> skyfall vs the frontside dive kick, it is always way to deep and she is already landed in front of me and she whiff punishes the skyfall. So I try armorcancel -> TT, but that deep ass dive kick is still in the air when TT comes out so that whiffs too. Regardless if you has the video of that happening, share wit meh plz. maybe there is a certain divekick setup cammy does where it is not so deep.
With Ultra changes coming will armor canceling get taken out if they are removing the unblockables, armor canceling is unneeded now
lp cod punish ryu’s sweep on block if you don’t have ultra. reversal timing.

I saw the movie also and I think they’re trying to test out GOD Mode and introduce this as a new series one day
