UPDATE

 Made some phone calls and did my best but unfortunetly I can not afford to have someone come out and fix the plumbing today. I really can't see doing this without running water and a working bathroom. I'm really sorry to everyone for this and I promise to make it up with more free nights in the future. I was getting such great responses from everyone and was really looking forward on getting some community feed back before I continued construction. I'm gonna post some picks of what I done so far and my print for my layout in scale. I would really like some opinions on what you think and what you would like to see (besides working plumbing).  I'm going to still go hang out there if anyone wants to check the palce out I'll be there cleaning and fixing. Please spread the word about the plumbing.

Thank you for your understanding everyone. I have fixed the plumbing situation for now and it will be permenently fixed this week. I still have everything set up if anyone wants to come check it out tonight I’ll open it up for anyone just levave a message on here before 7. Play as long as you want, bring anything you want.

Disregard Tactic’s message guys… we’re still doing the mcm events… especially on Halloween… lots of prizes and raffles going on… I’ll toss out some details in the next 2-3 days… will definitely need some help from you guys as to a head count so we can get things setup properly…

MCM’s status on this issue hasn’t changed… we’re holding gatherings on saturdays and a monthly tournament… same as usual… if Tactics doesn’t want to be part of it or is upset at something, I honestly have no clue what that would be… but that doesn’t/shouldn’t affect the status of the gatherings/tournaments…

So overall, we’re having a gathering this Saturday, and one next saturday (Halloween)… the one on Halloween will have various prizes and raffles… I’ll post a big post about it later today…

gatherings are the same as usual… 5pm-midnight on saturdays, $10 to get in, we’ll be offering a few prizes… like gift cards and possibly some jlfs or services… we’ll have food for sale such as pizza rolls, pizzas, and possibly some sandwiches or burgers (depending on if we get a few sponsorships settled in the next few weeks)… we’re working on getting a deal setup with a few local shops for food, sponsorships, etc… the more sponsors we get, the better off we’ll be with new setups, more tables, more food, etc.

when I had talked to D he said he had made multiple attempts to get in contact with you over the week. think this is something you guys need to talk about and resolve via pms or off the boards so hopefully gatherings and events can continue at mcm and other venues in the area.

Things have been cleared up, talked to Rob today(was a huge misunderstanding). Events will continue at MCM place and something like this will never ever happen again, i apologize for the troubles I may have caused to anyone. Anyways here is a re-up of the Halloween event going on this month. Please take your time to have the night off as its going to be great!

Afterparty: If you are over 21 and would like to have a little fun after the gatherings then you can come on over with us to a bar for a few drinks after the gathering!!!

I will be talking to my local pizzeria in regards to catering the event, they have damn good food and Panzerottis(BIG PIZZA PUFF)! Ill give $5 to whoever can beat me in eating a panzerotti!!

We will most likely be playing MBAA all day, so contact me only if you would like to play or learn the game.

The game is a lot of fun. It’s currently the top-ranked 2D fighter in Japanese arcades (above BB, SF4 and everything else) and quickly gaining momentum in the U.S. as well. If you’ve never played it, don’t be afraid. Some of us regulars can show you the basics.

We will be going out for food sometime in the evening as well, so make sure to have some cash on you.

It’s in East Lansing Michigan starting at 11:00 AM. It’s $5 +$10 per game. We’ve got a ton of games, including sf4, bb, tekken 6, MvC2, 3rd Strike, CvS2, just check out the thread. The prizes are 70/20/10 split of the entry fee. We’re also having an exhibition tournament with the top players in Michigan (+2 more spots for people who qualify on the day).
