Setups will be needed, please bring sticks, systems and screens if possible with power strips. Id like it if people who are capable of bringing a setup to PM me with what they could bring. Ill then reply and organize what ill exactly need so I can have the exact number of setups that I am shooting for. Perhaps the people who bring setups can have the entry fee waived? Ill leave that one up to J-Money.

OK for the BBQ part of this event we are going to ask people to bring shit for the BBQ, last year people did great by bringing over some meats, drinks and just miscellaneous items for a BBQ. Of course im going to buy a few things but it will by all means not be enough to feed everyones hungry asses. So please just do part and call that day and ask me if I have an idea what to bring, if anything just bring more food? I just want to make sure we are all well fed and have enough drinks for everyone to have a great time.
Im all good with the liquor(ill be drinking a few myself!), if you want some then by all means bring it on over,ill be buyiing some as well and just be responsible!!!
For my fellow herbalist the bathroom will have to be your destination, that is unless there is just that many of you…then I could let you use my room. For the most part ill be too busy to partake in this really but I definitely don’t mind.
So there you have it guys, lets make this fun like last year and perhaps ill do one more before summer is over!!!

Jose come over to my gathering this Friday the 25th and/or the Friday on Jul 9th(EVO Stream Gathering!!) and bring some 3s. After watching that video on the front page of RX fucking raping everyone I kind of got the urge!
If you want to come to the gatherings I’m throwing then remember that I got a grill if you want to bring over any meats to BBQ. I’m going to BBQ some chicken legs probably and perhaps some chicken breast! If you don’t want to marinate your meats ill be more then glad to do it for you! Hopefully mother nature won’t lay the 100hit combo for trying to BBQ!
Also if you come over and want to play other games other then Capcom games please bring a setup for it! I have plenty of space!

Where: J. Jireh’s Coffee House/Gifts - 1704 7th Street Winthrop Harbor, IL 60096 (No outside food. Strong Menu of delicious eats ^_^. Free Parking in our parking lot to the east of the venue)
Venue Fee: $10 (Can be WAIVED COMPLETELY, if you bring a full setup for the tournament game/s you are playing and we use it FOR THE TOURNAMENT. A full setup consist of T.V, Console, Game w/characters unlocked)

Smoking - also totally ok. my roomate smokes green so lemme know if you need no smoking area before hand.
PS3 - All my setups are PS3 so keep that in mind.
Setups - You can bring you own that would be awesome! Tv+PS3/Box.
