All the dominus ones take away life

I thought people were posting strats that didn’t use glyph unions, so I posted something I used that didn’t use unions.

Anybody find cool fusions similar to fire+ice or light+dark (fusions that aren’t element+weapon or two of the same glyph)? I have a feeling I’m missing out on some awesome combination that I didn’t think of.

Finally beat Drac. Overall it was a dope game. I actually liked Lock’s Quest better though.

And the Glyph Union of all the Dominus glyphs kill you. It sure looks cool, though.

ā€œNow is the time of your demise!ā€

:lovin:

So my Boss Rush score on the Course 2 is 1:35:10. Take that.

i can’t get the fucking emperor ring.

i must be a retard or something.

I still can’t beat Large Cavern even at lvl 72. I guess I need to Boss Rush and get all the good items.

The Boss Rush items are useless. Which room is giving you trouble?

I need tips too. Those rooms with Weapon Masters x2 or Weapon Master + Double Hammer are killing me.

Okay, here’s how you roll:

Two Weapon Masters

[details=Spoiler]Lapiste
Lapiste
Volaticus

Go in there with wings, and try to bait the Weapon Masters to throw their boomerang shit at you. When they wind up for that, fly behind the far one and mash on Lapiste until you run out of MP, then fly to the far upper corner and wait for your MP because they will throw shit at you and miss. Then repeat until you kill one, and you can deal with the other one.[/details]

Weapon Master and Double Hammer

[details=Spoiler]Lapiste
Lapiste
Volaticus

The strategy is almost the same, except you want to start things off by ignoring the Double Hammer. He will get all in your face, but watch the Weapon Master and try to bait the boomerang again. When he does that, fly over both of them and mash Lapiste on the Weapon Master. The Double Hammer will walk right into it, so back up while punching (this is why you need Volaticus), and the Double Hammer will probably die like a retard foot-tapping a child. Then you can handle his boy.[/details]

The boss

[details=Spoiler]I won’t spoiler what it is, but here’s what you need:

Melio Culter
Melio Culter
Volaticus

You will also need Melio Scutum, unless you want to feel super ballsy, in which case you will want two of the rings that reduce Lightning damage.

So go in with your wings and hover on the bottom of the screen. When the boss comes out, mash out your Melio Culter while backing up until you knock the boss down. When that happens, fly up and repeat. At this point, the boss will probably summon a ball of lightning, so switch to Melio Scutum and run into it to destroy it (or just run into it with your body if you have those rings and max HP). The other thing the boss can do is use a glyph, so drop your wings and suck that shit up.

After you beat the boss, don’t attack it again because it will revive him with full HP.

This boss doesn’t drop a medal.[/details]

How do you even get to the large cavern? I beat the game a while ago, but I haven’t bothered to do all the quests yet. Only did the 1st boss rush mode.

LOL Crab boss is a pussy. Awesome final blow on it though.

I knew it was Lapiste and Volaticus, but I had trouble reading their patterns.

They will always react in the same way, depending on your position relative to them.

I like rescuing the cats in this game. Do they count towards the villager total?

Does anyone know how the reward for the Training Hall works? I’ve gotten the robes as a reward five times in a row and it’s starting to get annoying. -_-

It’s random. All non-red/blue chests are random.

Ugh. Just seems really strange that my reward has been the robes so many god damn times. I know there’s a certain bracket of ā€œcommonā€ and ā€œrareā€ items you can get from the chest, with the robes being part of the rare section, but I can’t help but wonder if the four items listed as rare have a certain percent chance of appearing over the other rare items.

Green chest = rare chest
Brown chest = regular chest

They both carry separate sets of items, and every regular chest has a chance of being a rare (the chest itself will be green; brown chests will never carry rare items).
