0D1C and 0D2C dark spells OTG capable anyone?

I mostly wish they’d take away the hitboxes on Vergil’s normals that hit a character length behind him. BS.
Buff Hsien-ko, Trons HSD, She-Hulk, and fix Ironmans dash and make his S better so he can actually use it without ALWAYS doing cr:m: st:h: :s:, also fix spideys HSD so he can use spidey swing. And make it quarter circle, if taskmaster has one button direction swing thats cancelable then let spidey have that stuff.
To be perfectly honest, remove weskers glasses and im fine. Just leave characters alone, dont nerf wesker doom zero dante or spencer to she-hulk status. Just buff everyone up that really needs it, that will balance the game out naturally.
the issue is when it hits jumpers they recover before the second hit. when its an assist im fine with it high ( im still figuring out how to take advantage of that) but when im using it to beat someone using a slower beam or as a distanced attack, its kinda eh, but im going to stop using it outside of x-factor soon.
Give Joe his OTG Red Hot Kick back.
Arthur:
- Soft Knockdown when Super Armor breaks;
- Ground Dash;
- 900.000 points of health.
Haggar:
- This is more of a preference of mine and I think no one has ever thought about this, but I think they should give him a high durability Pipe projectile;
- Make his last Jab on Rapid Fire Fist to cause any sort of knockdown;
- 1 point of Super Armor on
and :h: Hoodlum Launcher.
Hsien-ko:
- Give her Anki-hou her Darkstalkers system back. That is, when you throw a specific item, the next item you throw will cause stun;
- Less hitstun scaling on her multi-hitting normal moves;
- Faster Air-Dash;
- Pendulum cancelling like in Darkstalkers;
- If she is still slow on her moves, buff her health to 1.000.000.
Iron Fist should have a launcher that doesn’t hit low.
Just because he is a martial arts master doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be able to kick people up into the air.
I think that the only change Haggar needs is either:
A) Super Armor on Violent Axe
or
B) Violent Axe reflects projectiles on the uppercut hit
People keep saying Chun Li needs a damage buff when she’s capable of 500k on her own without a super. You just need a long hitting assist like Jam Session or Cold star to use her OTG, or use an OTG/low hitting assist like Wesker or X-23. Hell you can use Hoyokusen as your launcher and get roughly the same damage for the meter. If anything I’d say make Kikosho( :qcf::atk::atk: ) itself OTG instead of her j:d:.
I think Chun-Li’s minimum damage scaling for her normals and specials should be upped a bit. It’s average but for a character that can hit so many times with relatively low base damage, she reaches the minimum really quickly. Looking at Viper’s minimum damage scaling (almost Hulk level), I’d say our other Street Fighter girl deserves even a measly boost.
Give Dante his minimum damage scaling back. I’m tired of everyone telling me to hurry up and finish my combo since it ain’t gonna kill anyways. Also give him a command grab and a counter, and 10 more moves. We need to fill all the reverse DP slots .
I’m not even trolling, the minimum damage scaling is ridiculous.
Still get to do pretty Dante combos at the price of what would happen if you dropped 5 parts of the combo in Vanilla. LOL. I’m working on basically not even finishing my combos with Dante anymore. He has too much mix up potential especially with assists to waste on styling out all day trying to build 2 meters. Now I’m just working on letting them drop in the ground bounce/hard knockdown state after beehive and then going for an air dash H or c.L mix up as they roll up.
Beehive then dash under.
Clint, can you please share some of your slide distance with Jen. You don’t have to give it all back. I can be happy with that. Just remember, it was hers in the first place. Ugh, kids these days…

Anyway, as far as buffs go, I could fix most characters with just one:
- Phoenix Wright can go into turnabout mode from landing a blocked objection. Turnabout mode length is reduced by 20% when activated this way.
- Frank no longer throws up after bottom’s up unless he has done it more than twice ala deadpool (this goes away in level 3 when he receives milk instead of alcohol).
- She-Hulk receives super armor off of running start in 0.5 RL seconds as opposed to 2 RL seconds (super armor activation is sped up 200%). Only 1 hit of armor though.
- Shuma receives one hit of super armor on mystic smash.
- Ironman’s launcher is safe on block and has an extended horizontal hitbox
- Hsien-Ko can cancel out of her pendulum at any time with normals or specials. Her moves also adjust (turn around) if she cancels out of pendulum on the opposite side of the opponent.
- Arthur receives a shield at the beginning of the match that grants him one hit of super armor in any move he does. This shield comes back every time he uses an armor super. (idea inspired by another poster)
- Thor receives a Magneto-like c. L
- Sentinel goes to 1.1 million health. He keeps all of his current nerfs.
- Dr. Strange c. L hits low
- Tronne J. H’s knockback is reverted to vanilla version and does 20% increased damage.
- Megaman X receives a spot on the character select screen
