I had to give it a shot. But Clint and Jen just doesn’t play well with each other. It’s a hopeless cause…
The real culprit here is Frank. We all know it, but we love the friendly guy too much to point fingers. People just pick on Hawkeye because everyone thought he was a thief.
Also, does anyone know what thread Rojo was specifically referring to? I was just referring to the board in general.
They buff a char like Wesker[hightier] but nerf a char like Tron[lowtier].
I can’t play her anymore. Not because she’s now to weak for my team.
Because it makes me cry to see my favorite char getting nerfed like that.
They should ONLY Buff Tron, Spidey, Hsienko, Ironman, She-hulk, shuma and jill by february. Then let the game stagnate till about May to July
Haven’t read the thread yet, and this is totally unnecessary. But you know what would make Captain America (even more) godlike? Give the man an overhead for America. He would beast everyone.
Sentinel getting his Marvel 2 normals and flight would be lovely if paired with a 20% damage reduction and slightly worse minimum scaling.
Marvel 2 normals in this case being mainly: Crouch short and Air short. Flight being multiple air activations with very low start up/recovery paired with the ability to summon assists.
This would make him incredibly powerful but more importantly much more fun to play.
Glad to see that someone else, especially a tourney player, thinks this as well. It seems like people often forget this.
Why would they buff Jill?
Just a bit, so people will buy her who are too jaded to buy her anyway. Same with shuma only way more.

There are a lot of things that are more balanced than Marvel, there are few that are more fun. The fun is why I really play it. I could get good at another game, but I’d enjoy it much less
It’s hilarious seeing Dante do 5 minute long combos only to do 500k.
They better not nerf Vergil, and I mean nothing should be changed about that character. At least not yet.
However, like previous posts have mentioned give Dante his minimal dmg scaling back as well as decrease the pushback on his normals back to Vanilla. There should be no reason why Vanilla Dante experts are now struggling in this game to actually finish a combo.
The only nerfs Dante needed was his hammer nerf and the slightly decreased hitbox on his normals.
I like that they made his bold cancel window longer. I never drop stinger BC teleport in the middle of a combo anymore except like once in a blue moon.
It just sucks when you try to combo off a raw hammer and it’s like a gamble if you’ll land the s.H after the j.H, air play, j.H. Sucks when you’re trying to kill Phoenix before the 5 bars and they get just barely too far out.

I have such a low success rate with the volcano>air play> j.h combo in this game that I don’t even go for it anymore, went back to j M j H Killer bee (at least I can do shot loops now). I fuck up my anti-airs a lot as well, and then even when I do successfully get a combo, whatever I do after the launch ends up dropping.
This could probably all be solved by spending some time in training mode, but I’d rather complain about it and hope Capcom fixes my problems for me lol.
One of the main reasons I stopped trying to main Dante in this game, Half the time I can’t finish the combo due to the knockback. Doesn’t matter anyway, Vergil is able to do everything Dante can do but better, Thanks Capcom!
Yeah one of my friends can’t find anyone he likes better and he did well with her in Vanilla so he’s just going to stick it out with his old Wesker/Task/Phoenix team and see how it goes until he finds someone else. My welcome mix ups with X-23 were kinda weak (she’s not that great at converting aerial to ground damage anymore) and I was dropping guaranteed death combos whenever I hit her with Dante with stuff like hammer also.
The one thing I will say about Vergil is that he definitely converts combos better than Dante does now. You don’t have to worry about stuff character specific pushback and falling heights so much as with Dante. It’s just I’ve spent a lot more time with Dante and I prefer how Dante doesn’t need to be in Devil Trigger to do things like whiff cancel normals and have generally safe block strings.
