 It was 2 in IV, I think.
But yeah, the projectile is just eating up the Crusher hitbox.
Yeah, it’s lame.
Whatever.
I don’t really feel like playing this game anymore if the rules are 2 vs 2 at evo. It’s like they acknowledge it’s bad from a competitive standpoint.
Yeah, bizzarre choice from the Evo chaps I reckon. Why did they decide to do the 2 on 2?
Aaaaand another thing: Is anyone else finding this game a bit samey samey? It seems like a lot of the rumbles I have online are very similar to one another at the moment: Everyone’s trying for an overhead into a big damage combo or if they’re a bit of a n00b then it’s the crouch jab jab jab to crossup attempt.
Anyone else feeling that?
yes, I do. It’s like a flowchart for me
-start game spamming devils reverse
-wait for opponent to get impatient and walk into it
???
You win!
Profit!
 Yeah, I haven’t played online as much as many of you guys have, but I get the same feeling.
I have, however, been spanked quite thoroughly by some pretty solidly unpredictable play.
With regards to EVO, I think 2v2 is the only way this game could have made a niche for itself. It doesn’t seem to fit otherwise, at least in my opinion. I just don’t see why people think the game is being relegated to sideshow status because it’s 2v2. Nothing about that makes it less competitive…I’ve been playing various 2v2 team games in tournaments for what will be a decade next year and I think it’s just as competitive, if not moreso, to be completely real.
I’m just tired of playing against the same characters. SF: Hugo, Rolento, Juri, Ken and Ryu; Tekken: Asuka, Jin, Kazuya, Lili, Hwoarang and Heihachi. I mean, c’mon – there are 43 characters to choose from (well, if you play on PS3 like me) and I only see about a fourth of the roster. I’ve only played a handful of Bison players so far. And you’re right about multiple cross up attempts, especially with Asuka. God I hate her.
I have not faced a single Bison mirror yet. Not one. Must have played about 200 games odd.
I have no clue, it must be because spectators are more important then the competitive side of things now a days.
I fought a lot but none knew what they were doing/how to use him. Then again, I named my endless “Bison room” so…
I’m on PS3 and played about 250 ranked matches…only seen two Bison’s…one was terrible but one was fantastic and gave me hope. However, last night I went back to SF for the first time since SFxT launch day…playing a strong Bison was EXTREMELY SATISFYING. I’m going to have to spend a few days on SF before I can rid myself of all the frustration I have been suffering through the last few weeks…
 I am so mad at your avy, LOL.
I haven’t seen any Bisons on PS Triple.
I may start signing all of my e-mails at work with that pic…fn awesome!
SNO, do you live in NY? Last time I saw that picture a regular at Next Level had it as his wallpaper.
Is it me, or does Bison lose charge after a throw?
No I’m not in NY.
And Flashy, he should lose a charge after a throw or taunt.
