BatMite ep. is too good and too strong.
Man this show is too damn good wasn’t too sure about it at first, but really enjoying it now.

One of the best episodes yet.
So I havn’t watched a single episode…is this show any good. I passed it off cause of the animation so I dont know if it’s JLU/BAS/Spidey good or if its’ crap.
It’s good, but not the same as the JLU ilk. It is focused more on tongue-in-cheek humor than anything else. Don’t go into expecting seriousness and you should be fine.
Furthermore, it’s a tribute to the 50-60s era of comics, and it has the BEST Aquaman ever, for reals.
It also some pretty good action, and the animation is very very colourful.
I love how they are whipping out all these obscure characters from Who’s Who!
Never thought I’d see some of those guys animated EVER. They animated CAT MAN.

For anyone who missed the ep. on TV, the uploaded one was mistitled; it is the Red Tornado ep.
Overall it had some good action, but I’m 50-50 about the plot…
What are you talking about? That plot was great. How else are you going to get Red Tornado, Tornado Champion, Tornado Tyrant, and Major Disaster all into the same story and tell it in less than 20 minutes?
I’ve only seen one episode but I was impressed with what I saw. That BatMite clip was hilarious! The Joker saying “Meh” sounds like Bruce Timm. And I dig the art-style very Kirby-like.

I liked the newer Red Tornado ep, too. Had some good character development for him.
I’m hoping for a future appearance of Firestorm (the Nuclear Man) or a Doom Patrol appearance. They can even fight Animal-Vegetable-Mineral Man…and no, I am not making that name up.
AnimalVegetableMineralMan will return to comics in the new Doom Patrol series by Keith Giffen, but yeah I would like to see him get animated.

On the cartoon, I hope to see the Arani (the Hindu woman), Cliff, Robot Man, Valentina, and Niles “The Chief” Caulder team. Maybe they could do a play on how the Chief eventually turns on them (or set up a future ep, seen or unseen where he does).

Oh I strongly suggest you do, Morrison wrote issues 19 to 63 and a one-shot called Doom Force (which is a parody of X-Force and Liefeld’s art).
You could read the first 18 issues but when Morrison’s run starts…you will most likely be going :wow::wow::wow::wow: every other issue.
It’s THAT GOOD.
Now granted they may not adopt some of the stuff Morrison used in his issues if the DP make it to the cartoon, but if they can come up with a zany mindboggling story, then they’d be giving the viewer a good idea of the stuff the DP tends to deal with.
