I have to see how money goes for me up to the time for FR. Hopefully I’ll be working officially at GTSouth…mixing drinks…and getting drunk at the same time. I don’t know, Jason might want to see how it is up there too so I might talk to him about that.
I was just looking up the hotel rate for Final Round and it’s something stupid like $93/night even when booked from the FR page. There are a handful of places in the vicinity that you could stay at for half that, which is what I think I’d prefer to do.
I’d also like to throw out a carpool/room request for anyone on the way or in the vicinity (Auburn, Montgomery, Dothan). Judging from the schedule, I don’t really care when I get there on Friday unless they do Skullgirls early. I’ll probably go ahead and look into booking a room at a nearby hotel myself soon, so hit me up if you want to split.
That’s why you split it with like 5 people. At majors, its really worth it to stay at the venue for casuals and such.
Its a nice place too if its the same as last year, pretty good hotel.
It’s a good hotel, trust me. It can be split accordingly unless you don’t like sleeping on the floor. Call for the bed in the car like real niggas do.
