Hello, all. I won’t beat around the bush and keep the details for later: I need a ride from Final Round XV in Atlanta, preferably on Monday, to as close to Florence, AL as you can land me. I am willing to pay reasonably, and I’m not obnoxious in car rides.If you need more information, I’d be glad to answer, PM or thread chat. Even a/s/l pix plzzz

So, I actually live in Phoenix, AZ, an off 1600 miles away from my home state of Alabama. I have friends and family, namely my parents, living in Florence. Haven’t seen them for years. I’ve traveled across the country being lame and playing in Melty Blood tournaments, and I’ve only gone home once in the past five years. I’m planning on staying a whole week out there to catch up with friends and family that I left behind. I bought my flight to Atlanta / Final Round with credit card rewards. I have a flight booked from Huntsville back to Phoenix booked on the 10th. So, the only gap in my travel is between Atlanta and Florence, and we all know that’s not an easy drive. I have someone in Florence willing to drive me however far I need to go. She’s like my second mother, and she really would come to Atlanta to pick me up if I had no other way to get home. But she’s too sweet sometimes, and I’d like to at least meet her halfway if I can.

So, if it isn’t too big of an inconvenience, could I please have some help getting from Atlanta to Birmingham, Huntsville, Florence, or anywhere in between? I would greatly appreciate it, and definitely chip in what I can for the ride and a bit of trunk space.

I just looked up Greyhound prices from Atlanta to Huntville, and they’re around ~40 bucks. Unless someone would like the company, I’m thinking of just booking a bus through the rough souf(sic) countryside. Let me know in the next couple of days if anything opens up. Thanks!
