AWA Hentai Programming was pure WIN for the little show they provided us after the first program. Now if only people would get off me about the video I recorded (bad quality but still useable). It’s not that I don’t want to give it out, but as I was on staff, I’m cautious about it getting all over the internet cause it seemed to have been sorta like a “Behind-Closed-Doors” event…which it was done BCD amongst other reasons. <_<

AWA was great this year. They had an entire room filled with authentic Japanese arcade cabs with a few fighting games, some rhythm games, and a bunch of shmups. The console room was pretty good too once I got the staff to put some arcade sticks on the Blazblue setups (except for the fact that they were running CS1 instead of CS2, lol). It’s a shame, I found out the reason why they canned the BB tournament was simply because nobody had the CS2 update. They asked me if I brought my 360 harddrive with me and said they could plug it in one of the consoles if I had it. I obviously didn’t, but would have if I had known that was the reason or that not having CS2 for casuals was going to be an issue.
I’ve got a bunch of pictures of random cosplayers and some pics of the cabinet room uploading to Facebook now, they should be up in a few minutes.
Shout outs to the people I saw there: Phil, Raph, Man Town Mayor, Skitz, C Deezy, Pat, Kazzmat, Daedalurs, and everybody else I chilled with or played in Blazblue. Eshi, I hate that we weren’t able to hang, but Philip was tired and ready to go by the time we finished stuff at the con.
