Okay, I need to verify a rumor for those going to AWA. Has anyone gotten fucked over on their rooms or such as of now? I’ve been informed that a few people have thus far but not from our group nor myself.

sighs There goes that MGS collection I wanted to buy. Are we gonna have anything for November? Since UMVC3 and Kof13 is hitting, it would be logical to have something.
Man, you’ve got me thinking about what happened to me and my group at AWA a few years ago. The Marriott overbooked that year and didn’t tell nobody until they tried to sign in. We got kicked out to the spillover hotel, despite being reserved since March (about 6 months prior). That meant we had to drive to the con every day. It sucks not being able to conveniently go to your room to drop off or pick up things you need. Which is why we had to carry everything each day, all day.

AWA(Anime Weekend Atlanta) is this weekend Sep 30- Oct 2. I think the Mahvel tourney is Saturday @ 3.

Another (3rd straight?) MIA week for me. Was celebrating my birthday 2 weeks ago in Bham, celebrated in Columbus last week, and now my friends have decided we’re goin to ATL this weekend lol. But… one of these days I’m gonna be back. Probably next week. I don’t forsee any shenanigans going on then lol.

@Free: They were slangin Qanba sticks in the dealer’s room at AWA for $150. Mike bought one. I got to play with it for a little while. Feels pretty nice.
