Seems Colin wont be able to make it tomorrow. If I can manage to get off my lazy ass and start driving up there by myself then I’ll be there tomorrow. If anyone is playing AH3 up there tomorrow then I’ll definetly get off my ass to come. Truth be told, I haven’t been playing pretty much nothing else so I’m shit in AE and I quit MvC3.

So… now that I’ve finally taken the time to learn how to semi-reliably do weapon swap combos and practice Ammy in general, I wish I hadn’t. Amaterasu has more variations of ways to do things than anyone not named Dante, and my hands hate me right now.
On the other hand… I had no idea Ammy could do 1.4 million w/o x-factor. No idea at all >_>

as someone who bought some stream equipment i’m inclined to side with the “fuck those fuckers and their shitty ass bill” faction.
^ I don’t have time to track this back and figure out how they are amending what. Does it boil down to making the penalties for copywrite infringement harsher or are they making something new (streaming) illegal or broadening a definition that would make more stuff illegal?
they are making it so that if you are prosecuted for this shit it’s a felony and jailtime is an option i think… i am not super concerned because capcom has already said they’re not going to prosecute streamers as long as they aint streaming shit they shouldn’t be (prerelease stuff, beta stuff)
You could debate digital copywrite law and the ethics of piracy and it’s effect on commerce endlessly and I’m not trying to open that up, but it seems pretty silly to me that it would be illegal to stream someone playing a game. You aren’t distributing the game itself or the ability to play the game, which seems to be the “product” that they are protecting with games, so why would anyone care? Whether this has (intentionally or by overbroad/unnuanced statute authoring) been made illegal or not, you still have to have prosecutors and victim corporations who care for it to make a practical difference. If I was a game distributor, I’d see match streaming free advertisement unless, as you said, they are streaming prerelease games that were actually illegally taken from the company. I don’t mess with streaming on either end very often, so let me know if I’m missing the point here.

Hey everyone! I’m good friends with lunarhostility and he and my ABXY Fight League co-runner[SkilledSolo] went to the monthly at Bham a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I had to miss, but I heard KoFXIII was there. i dont know if you remember me, we met a LONG fucking time ago.
We will be having a fairly large gathering with hopefully a stream at my place on Saturday. Madison, AL (Huntsville, AL area) is only 1.5 hours unless you drive like gramps. PM me on here if interested and I have met at least you/part of the party you are coming up with. Starting around noonish and running until I say GTFO of my house, and people will probably be in and out all day.
We already have 4 setups up, room for 3-6 more depending on how things go.
