I’ve started to pick up v-13 simply because Haku’s matchup with Arakune is too stupid. Rachel can be a pain and Nu is pretty tough, but every time I play against a skilled Arakune it turns into this:

ken’s lp fireball hits low but his mp one hits overhead
rufus’s divekicks can combo into themselves if done perfectly

zangief’s jumpins will just straight beat antiairs like on ST

if you hit your opponent with rose’s fireball and then do lp mp and then hit with a jumping medium punch she will fly off the screen and never come back
speaking of rose, they decided that her antiair and wakeup game were a little too good so she’s receiving some nerfs in those areas

I guess she deserves it since her worst matchup is Ivan Ooze and even then it’s an 80:20 advantage rather than 100:0 with everyone else.

My name’s Josh and I’m brand new to this forum. I’ve been looking to get into fighting games for a while and while I’m pretty damn bad at the ones I have, I’m always looking to improve. I currently live in Harvest (not far from Huntsville) and I’ll be attending UA next year. I’d really like to start working on fight games, though, and improve so that I can start competing in tournaments in the like.
