I just have one question: when you were doing your Spider-Man combos in the corner and ending them with M, how come you didn’t do the Ultimate Web Throw super since it would of been guaranteed to catch them as they flipped out?

Great play bro hahaha i love those author come backs when the screen just turns red and blue and XF bracelets just wish you did more of Thors mighty strike TAC combos since it does crazy damage and im not sure you saw it yet but also spideys no XF double tac glitch to make sure you TAC Thor in with the 50/50 guessing game for your opponent.
yeah i need to try and maximize my TAC combo. i usually do charged strike, then 
spark into tornado. tried it on zero somewhere in those matches and the little b-tard fell out of it

EDIT: That’s a tough break in Grand Finals. Other team was way too salty about that shit. Honestly, I have no respect for that other team and the black commentator was fucking annoying as fuck. Some people just too proud. Ironic that the other team is so fucking top tier in their character choices that they would bad mouth some of your tactics.

The other team with MINE that got first place liked supernovas play so did Dacidbro and x-ray i remembered they said he was really fun to watch, the black dude commentating though didnt know anything about Thor spidey or arthur so anything supernova did was random to him even an UWT setup and called Thor a random character which if you play Thor that way he will die since his normals are not the best so you cant just throw them out like dantes s.M or Vergils s.H. The due was either a troll or an idiot maybe both.

Man that was a great set. I do agree with what you said about your methods of approach, how you forget about the other approaches at a time. I’m guilty of that as well, either I do a j.H or a j.L or something until it stops. I’m still really bad with thor, I’m not sure about his mobility options yet. I just need more EXP w/ him.
The only thing I can suggest to you is that you have to remember when you have 4 bars, with Ammy + Dormammu vs. his last character @ less than half HP, you could always combo into super > DHC > level 3. Can’t forget about stuff like that.
Other than that, it’s great play

ya i dont know why i completely forget about using tridash j.L with thor, gonna have to force myself to start using it again.
Also while im not 100% sure i dont think that okami shuffle xx level 3 works, ive tried it before and it whiffed. At the very least the timing is tight because dorm’s lvl3 requires you to wait a little after the hard knockdwon but okami shuffle doesnt have a lot of recovery so you’ll miss the opportunity to DHC if you wait too long. What i usually do if i wanna go for the kill is okami shuffle xx Stalking flare xx XFC, purification xx chaotic flame, requires you to have XF saved up though.
Just finished watching that set. It was really good. I had to laugh every time Nova would do cr.M into overhead, we are both Pringles to that. Your team is really good and I think I may start playing it. I love the Thor/Dormammu synergy and watching that set made me love the Ammy/Dormammu synergy, not to mention the Mighty Punish DHC Vale of Mist combos. And Cold Star makes everyone better, just one of those assists.
My only advise about your Thor was the previously mentioned lack of tri-dash L. I’ve been playing Dormammu since Vanilla and your Thor mobility is so good, but you don’t apply the same kind of movement to your Dormammu. Flying around the top of the screen with Dorm is great and just picking when you wanna drop down with S or a teleport is really strong. Just something I wanted to say cause I feel like their mobility is so similar. Great set.
My weekly event yesterday was suppose to get me some recorded matches but it ended up falling through, but hopefully I can get some of my own footage here for you guys to give me some advise.
Forgot to mention. I always fucked up combos off backthrow, but Mighty Strike M for the groundbounce will take care of that.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard such a bunch of nonsense coming from a commentator in my life.
For example, the Spidey player does a SICK reset, literally just after the commentator says “stop dropping combos”, and then instead of admitting he just made an error, he’s like, “oh, so random.”
What a goddamn fool. There were awesome hitconfirms, great setups, and good movement. He just didn’t want to admit that he was completely wrong about the player, so he kept saying “oh so random.” When he said “stop pretending you’re good with Thor”, that should have given the Thor player full rights to kick him in the balls.
