A good turtling Dhalsim is my hardest and most frustrating match up. Anyone care to break down what Daigo did wrong here?
I donāt think he did anything wrong. Arturo is just that good and deserves the respect heās getting.
Daigo showed off a lot of great and unexpected techniques in this match series. Itās amazing that arturo still managed to pull through. Could have gone either way at any point.
Sabin played perfectly. The only thing that was evident and surprising to me was Daigo not punishing Sabinās backdashing or at times not pressuring with ex-tatsu.
arturo also commented on how daigo wasnāt getting the spacing right on punishing simās slide under the fireballs and daigo kept getting punished for it. great setā¦arturo played it really well (perfect at times) and against a good simā¦sometimes you have to guess to get within striking distance.

I think it was in the first match or second match, Daigo did an OS Sweep after Sabin backdashed. Sabin took note of this and when Daigo jumped in again (expecting a backdash from Sabin) he did an OS SRK to catch him out of the backdash, but Sabin blocked and punished for the win.
