and champloo was pretty terrible. there where like 8 good eps out of the 24 or 26. the weed one wasnt nearly as funny as the shrooms one from CB. but the basebal one was gold.

Holy crap, Killey wasn’t kidding about the open lesbians… I believe they lock lips twice in the first ep. I enjoyed the voice actors for the characters, and especially Kana’s seiyuu since she also voiced Yui from K-On! I think quite a few shows have orphans as their protagonists, but Kana’s circumstances of losing her parents in the past and presently her grandmother, actually made me sympathize with the character. Quite surprising as it doesn’t matter much for me. The other girls in the house are the aforementioned lesbian couple, a 3rd year ronin, the lolicon university chemistry student, and a seemingly tsundere grade schooler who’s the chief of their newspaper delivery business. Kana moves into the house after… you might call it, a collision of fate with one of the lesbians. Anyways, second ep looks to be about Kana learning to ride a bike… a mighty crucial activity to know if you’re going to take a newspaper route.
Still waiting for a group to pick up Princess Lover. Fewer fansub groups these days? Or are people reluctant to sub an anime based off an eroge?

I bought all Kanokon DVD’s last year so I think that says something. :V

Then we get to see them shine, especially Sela, which was pretty cool. Shame that her dad seemed to have been shot (maybe killed?) by some unknown party. Looks like they’re playing that Slash/Dan rivalry already, and as expected from the OP and maybe from the next episode - Flora’s identity maybe discovered sooner than we thought.[/details]
