I take like 5 minutes to catch up with naruto just for the hell of it every now and then. I admit it is getting better but don’t you think the new Hokage was pretty random?

I mean it was just a meeting and there like, “How about kakashi he’s cool”.

Then a shady guy goes, “Nah, how about me”.

And no one objects and just one guy goes okay. I mean there are other nobles in that damn room and normally Hokage’s have some fighting skill and some reputable history to back it up. But it’s like they chose the shady guy for drama down the road.

Also you guys know where to read Jojo part 7? onemanga is, I think, on chapter 38 and they really don’t update it.

You do know that the new hokage dude ISN’T random at all right? He’s been seen before and we know who he is.

part 7 of jojo is fully updated on onemanga. Part 7 is recent and ongoing, also it’s in a monthly magazine this time plus the scanlators aren’t caught up yet

Did anyone watch Mouryou no Hako last season? I stumbled upon ep9 a week ago after seeing ep8 around the end of last year, I’d kill to see the end of that show, or maybe I’ll just settle for reading the book (if that got translated).

I’m starting to see how GC mentioned in the chatroom that the anime favors character development more than the battles themselves, and it shows yet again in this ep focusing on Welkin and Alicia. Basically a bit of their pasts and to an extent, their relationship. I felt kinda sorry for Mikhail, as well - though I loved Alicia’s determination in treating him no matter how foolhardy he was.

As for Hayate S2’s latest ep:

Ah, expected that Hayate would be cursed into wearing a maid’s outfit with cat ears. Nagi and Maria seem somewhat happy with this new revelation, while Hina most of the time was pondering about her feelings towards Hayate.

Next week it’ll be a Hayate/Hinagiku showdown that might be worth a few laughs.

The above show has caught my interest.

Ristorante Paradiso is an incredibly charming show to watch and I love the appreciation to detail and the subtlety to it all. It’s not ground breaking or anything but it’s quite mature and realistic to a certain degree. It’s a nice relaxing show to watch but the main character is kind of detracts from the experience due to the age gap between the other characters and her attitude in general. She’s suppose to be a juxtaposition but I don’t know if it really works but that’s just my opinion.

I’ve been looking for this series forever. I don’t think it has been translated as far as I know. If it has let me know.

Truth. Though the anime certainly showed a LOT of what the manga did. The gore was a bit downplayed and so were the naughty bits but all in all it was pretty surprising about what they did show.
