You sir have good taste in anime as Princess Tutu is godly and one of my favorite animes of all time. 
Guin Saga is getting better and better but I wish they didn’t use conveniently placed plot devices to advance the story. 
Tears to Tiara finally picked itself back up with episode 10 and the next episode looks equally interesting. Hopefully, this is the turning point of the series where it becomes pure awesome much like Utawarerumono.
Also the animation needs alot of work. The individual frames look good but the animation is choppy and the action is really badly directed in most scenes. There’s very few exceptions.
Shizuru is all three, plus some more. 
And yes, Princess Tutu is awesome.
Anyone watch Tenshi ni Narumon? That is one weird anime. But I liked it. One of the best plot twists too imo, with Silky. I need to rewatch that in fact.
I watched about 10 eps on Warps recommendation, but I couldn’t keep up with it. It’s a little too crazy for me to finish.
Tenshi ni Narumon is one of the more extreme cases of the common anime affliction “lighthearted towards the start, darker at the end”… It’s so ber silly in most episodes, but by the final episodes they’re like crying and burning their wings and shit

This looks like a fun series to read on, loving these expressions and Medaka’s character seems funny. Doesn’t seem hard to catch up with either, so I’ll give it a read ASAP.
Belldandy and Kenshiro are no problems in that list, but aren’t there older characters with tsundere type characteristics that fit Haruhi’s quota and whom she was a successor of?

Nah seriously though, I know the term tsundere was popularized pretty recently, but I’m just curious about some of the older ones (I mean before 2000 and such). Would be interesting to see how it was a stereotype of anime ever since then.
