Stop touching me in weird places!

THIS IS A TIGHT SPACE!

And then she threw all her clothes at him and I laughed. Oh animez.

And there has never been a man more deserving of a harem.
He is still a bit of a n00b. Should have given the hairpin to Hina (who always wears one), the Doll to nagi(Who is an obsessive otaku) and flowers to Maria(keeps a garden, classy lady) to maximize his affection meters.
He needs to step up his game or at least nail one of them soon or all the girls will end up killing each other.
I’m surprised Athena showed up, I wonder if they’ll cover “The birth of the combat butler” arc any time soon. Might make for a good OVA series.

The only thing I didn’t like about Mai Hime was the weak ending. It was so great up until that point. The ending in Mai Hime was kind of like the ending for Eureka 7; too damn cheesy.

Currently on a quest to finish watching any Sakura Taisen animated productions. All that’s left is the New York OVA (only saw first 2 eps) so if anyone knows where to find the last 4 (streaming or download), I would appreciate it if you could inform me.

Thanks in advance!

that’s awesome. It’s little things like these that I hate to see lost in translation.

=0

I’m assuming her name was given in the manga or something. Cause, permy curls’ name is new to me. It would be great to see her though. Those characters always set up some kind of lolz.

The first Scene in Geass, the very first Chess Scene, was the only one with a Chess Game I recognized, because it was the opera house game, I learned that shit in like 3rd grade.

Oh animez, indeed.

Fuck yo, Basquash is becoming a real winner in my book. Haven’t been so happy since Skip Beat and I can’t even remember anything before that.

Woah, woah, woah, woah.

Athena showed up?

When / where?

I stopped watching Hayate since the otaku fodder became tiresome, but if they animate the Athena arc I’m back in with the quickness.

Episode 10.

Hayate 10

Spoiler

While talking about dating Ayumu with Hinagiku and friends, Hayate was reminiscing about a girlfriend he had in kindergarten, which is Athena and reveals that she is the one who told him that a man must have the money to support a woman her entire life by kicking him in the stomach. Not much more than that.

Well, I guess I know her name now. I was hoping for some mystery. Oh well.

how far along is athena formally introduced? the scanlations on onemanga aren’t that far, neither are the official north american viz release (which is getting pretty close to catching up to OM).

Word. Episode 10 just proves that and it’s not even done as a parody.

You’re just saying that because he looks like a girl!

And give us a School Days parody?

They haven’t been going with the parodies for quite a while. Even if they did, they’re either 1) A couple or 2) Very subtle. It’s been all character development this season and much better handled than the previous one.

More about ep 10

Hayate S2 10

Spoiler

Interesting how they managed to balance almost every possible love interest in one episode. Even moreso, how Hayate manages to be considerate to everyone of them. You don’t see many leads do that to so much women and be humble about it or not be a womanizer/pimp.

I knew Maria didn’t have a family but her short trip down memory lane was pretty sad. Interesting we get to see Athena in a flashback, though I don’t think this’ll be the last we’ll see of her.

Overall, it was another solid episode.

Well then I’ll give it another go.

Also, I’m attempting to bring back my lack of a blog but wanted a better name; ideas?

– Pishi~ (what it is now).
– Leftovers of reality (ugh).
– Eternal potrait of joy (ha).
– Brainwash detective HQ.
– Dynamites!!

:stuck_out_tongue:

How about GIRUGAMESH! :looney:

Seriously, how about your older custom title at Animesuki? “Well Wicked”, from what I can recall. Doesn’t sound like it’s been used before for a blog.

I kinda like Dynamites!! too.

Drop the HQ of Brainwash detective and you have a winner if you ask me.

Well, I only made that comparison because when I looked at characters and organization, there were some parallels.

Good half/bad half? Sure, Geass juxtaposed the order (good first, bad second), but they’re still there, which allows me to call a similarity.

Plot of confusion? My-HIME was a freakin’ road of plot holes; Geass theory was so confusing that it started not making sense about halfway through the second season and was partially (if not predominantly) responsible for the whole “Is Lelouch dead” debate.

Lead character going psycho/having some sort of mental breakdown on at least two different occasions? Mai had at least two (Takumi/Tate’s deaths), as did Lelouch (the last five episodes/that Abandoned Mask episode).

Girl that kinda latches on to the main, has a complete personality change for some episodes, then (almost?) reverts back to the original state? CC’s change only lasted for two or three episodes, while Mikoto’s drove a lot of the second half of the series.

Somewhat angsty girl who allies with the lead and has her share of fanservice moments? Natsuki has one, maybe three moments; Kallen’s ripe with them.

Relative letdown of an ending? Mikoto’s still hungry. The utopia Lulu created will only last for a couple of decades at best (thus be the fate of all utopias: dystopia is imminent).

Physically challenged sibling to the lead? Well, duh.

I know I had a Shizuru parallel too in CG, but I can’t think of it now.

I think too much about this stuff.

I think the point is that the ending isn’t going to end… persay. So they can make more money off a third season.

So B2E finally finished subbing One Outs. Overall it was a pretty good show, ending was rather average, but I’m all for a new season if one ever comes out.

Definitely liking the Hawk/Takamura fight in Ippo S2.

Someone died in Dragon Ball Kai. SO SAD! really! :’(

I have no idea where I posted about how I am mad that anilinkz hasn’t translated the two newest episodes of Sengoku and Valkyria. So I will just repost it in here.

They have messed up my anime rotation! MESSED IT UP!

As long as Basquash is being translated I’m cool though. Sad episode of FMA wasn’t as sad because it was rushed. Sengoku basara has been more emotional for me with it’s “WE ARE TOUGH MEN WHO ARE HONORABLE” thing that is has going on.

I’m like “Oh man, the right eye of the dragon really treasures his men, this is so EMOTIONAL” like a dork.

Seriously, subbing has been pretty awkward for these two shows especially. Basara seems to be having it worse though, ever since Tadashi dropped it. I wanna see Valkriya and the Selvaria ep already.

Yeah, that newer arc with Kojuro was pretty cool. Was a bit surprised at how the battle with Matsunaga himself went on pretty fast.
