I finally got around to watching the new FMA: B. Really good episode. Good action, fun moments and we get to see more of Envy and Lust which is nice. Barry the Chopper to dude is a riot.

I will say if there is only one thing in the Manga storyline that I hate it’s that Alphonse would even believe for a second that he was fake. I don’t know hwy but when i read this in the Manga i thought it was dumb and seeing it again in last night episode reminded me that I thought it was dumb. Al’s a smart kid and yeah Ed didn’t get to tell him what he was going to tell him but to think for even a second it’s “Your fake i created you and all your memories” is just…I dunno…I just don’t feel like Al would believe that crap for even a second. Everything else about this part of the episode is great though. I love Hughes whenever he’s on the phone with Mustang heh.
Been watching some random Genius Party/Genius Party Beyond shorts and wow, that is one of the most bizarre and awesome collection of short movies I’ve seen yet.
Gasa was right about the “Gala” short - absolutely amazing, in terms visuals, concept and audio. I liked Shanghai Dragon from the 1st set as well. Will likely finsh 'em all up by the end of this week, but I’m quite enjoying these!

Later on they prove or kinda prove that he’s the real deal by being able to recollect memories that Ed couldn’t have known. Barry the chopper turning into a full fledged good guy was pretty

[details=Spoiler]I guess so. It just seemed like he was taking too much stock int he words of someone he not only just met but is also trying to kill him. Even if I had my own doubts it certainly wouldn’t be cause by someone like Barry the Chopper & in the kind of an instance to. I would think “Naw he’s just trying to rattle me during the fight” or something. I just feel Al’s smarter then that. It’s not a huge deal cause it’s super minor I just remember thinking it was dumb and despite how smart Al may be he is just a kid after all and things can hit kids hard. I dunno. Maybe it would have felt more rationale to me if Ed and Al hadn’t just had that whole argument and issue with Scar a couple chapters/episodes before. It was clear then that Ed cares for Al very much that he was willing to die for him. Why would Al worry about being a fake when Ed was willing to die for him? I dunno. In the end it’s a small segment i remember thinking was kind of dumb and over not important int the grand shceme of how awesome FMA is in general lol.
