Yeah, I used to mock people with Notes and the like. Once I got mine, I have a hard time feeling like I can return to a smaller phone. The screen is too useful for that. Being able to do picture in picture, watch a movie while checking forums or stuff is just too good.
guy at work would watch videos while checking shit online, and I was sold right there. I sit up in a crane often, and watch a movie while I browse SRK and chat with friends.
Went back to BlackBerry Z10 and iPhone 5S the other day. Couldn’t use it lol. Even my Note 2 is a bit weird now, I’m using the same keyboard but it’s different on my Note 4. Clean Master going mad lately, constantly telling me my phone is overheating and phone has 0 space (it’s my media card).
I really feel I wasted money on my Z10 (contact), that thing never got used after 2 months, except for music in the gym.
Maybe I will root tomorrow if I’m doing nothing. My phone is about 70% full after transferring my stuff, thanks to bloatware. Media card got like 20 mb left lol. Too many songs/pictures. I was wondering if I should use one of those cloud apps for my music, problem is… No network = no music.
I’m glad I didn’t. The only thing I applaud it for is good camera software, and that’s about it. Fuck being locked into iTunes for literally everything.
Me too with the Note 4 (I had an iPhone at the time already), just out of curiosity, but also because they were trying to make me wait 11 weeks for a phone. After 4 I was like “Fuck that shit”. I didn’t get the color I want, but I got the phone and a little off my first contract bill.
Yeah I can’t understand how iPhone is so difficult to get files on. Gotta jump through hoops on iTunes to get a video on there, and God have mercy on you, if it isn’t a supported format.
Meanwhile on Android it’s as simple as copying over a file onto a USB stick, I can setup folders and directories, and my camera isn’t a piece of trash.
If you guys have a Chromecast device and the Chromecast app, you can get the original X-Men movie for free. Just check your “Offers” in the Chromecast app.
bingo. I still say this phone is #1, though you could argue it down to #2 possibly.
Battery life, screen size, screen resolution, processor/etc specs, speaker volume, ability to multi task, all make this phone pretty much the greatest thing I have ever bought, ever.
almost agree with everything except useless Q HD screen. its just dick measuring contrast with galaxy note 4 and nothing else. standard 1080p would have been more than enough. there are no native Q HD material other than the demo comes with the phone.
btw @ Sovi3t…I forgot to mention sensor box for android. tells you certain things about your device’s mechanical specs.
I tried to install a gyroscope using live wallpaper and it refused telling me my phone didn’t have a gyroscope in it and I was like "wtf? but I can play supermonkeyball on it. So I should have a gyro in it."
but nope.
dl’ed sensor box and it tells you what mechanisms your device.
ps
after you download it and use it once to see your device’s mechanisms just uninstall it. its useless after that.
actually battery life isnt that good on stock rom. there are lot of bullshit bloatware on the tmobile version. there are ways to root the phone and install custom rom now but I just dont know if I am ready to mess with a $400 phone yet lol…
but I really like the overall look. NO buttons around the edge, big screen without big body, dem curves, loud speaker.
