I blame the government’s fuck ups on the rising authoritarian theme in both major parties. The authoritarian right tried to prevent social change, and have failed every time. The authoritarian left keeps pissing money into ventures that accomplish nothing and pose for publicity off of those ventures, reserving the right to waste everyone else’s money again when they need to improve their image.
I find it somewhat interesting that I got a 90% agreement with Clinton and 78% agreement with Johnson. I think the actual application of their character accounts for why I still despise Clinton and support Johnson over her or Stein.
-Clinton’s a damn liar, so I can’t believe she agrees with me on anything because she profits off of division and hate as much as Trump
-Stein comes across as … weak. Maybe she can pull out her teeth once the Green Party begins full-throttle campaigning, but so far she’s failed to show the passion and charisma to be a leader. For something like the Cabinet, I could support her 100%, but I just can’t see her as president.
-Johnson’s policies may seem opposed to what Sanders and Stein argue for, but realistically he’ll bring the US a lot closer to what Sanders supporters want than Trump or Hillary. He didn’t win a blue state twice for no reason, you know.
It is going to be Trump, and his handlers, in the White House.
