How about because the majority of cities predominantly black are run by democrats and people tend to hold beliefs that are local. In general, how many black people choose to be involved with politics? Now of those interested in politics and are registered GOP, now how many are invested enough to travel to the RNC? It is blatantly obvious that as you keep cutting away at the numbers it is NO SURPRISE that not many black people would be in attendance.
