Notice I didn’t say that he outrun the flash in the dc universe. I just said Quicksilver was faster(than he is in the Marvel Universe) in the DC universe… but Flash is the speed force in DC.
I don’t have the comic with me so take it with a grain of salt.
in that case i think you may be right, i do recall something along those lines in those books. my bad for the ass-crack of dawn reading failure lol.
edit: i quick scanned those 4 issues and i didn’t him see his was running faster because of the speed force, only that he was trying to use it to run faster and it wasn’t working. i could have missed something tho.
