Hey, thinking of hitting Scandia tonight. What’s the haps?
Same here… is there any sign that MvC2’s short is fixed? Anybody?
Haven’t been there since it’s broke, I would hope they would have fixed it by now.
We played last night and the short was working… only thing that really seemed shifty was the FP on 2P side… just sometimes wouldn’t come out is all. Played some 3rd Strike instead.
Joe says the 2P side on marvel is still messed up.
Oh and on sunday, if everything goes according to plan, Tony will have a vampire savior machine in his house, and is trying to pick up an mvc1 kit
It wasn’t short kick that wasn’t working, it was that there was a short (as in, an electrical short) that was causing stuff to randomly come out whenever you tapped on the surface of the cabinet next to the buttons, as well as pulled on the stick certain ways. If that’s still busted, then I may not be there tonight.
Scandia is stinking as of late, at least as far as Marvel is concerned.
sticks still suck for marvel, the tech was there, and he said, “ill look at them when i have time” fucker was sitting there watching someone play soul caliber, but of course he didn’t have time. me, joe and …TONY!!! were at scandia today for a bit, very happy that 3rd strike is only 1 token, means more play, good amount of people for mid day, lets get 3s popping again
Don’t know how I feel about Scandia anymore.
Maybe it’s because I don’t play 3S or Marvel (well).
The excitement to drive out there on Fridays just isn’t there for me anymore.

Scandia is suckin butt unless you want to play a few “mexicans” on KOF 2001 lol there always there no matter what time of the day. Marvels as of 10/7/08 is better ryan fixed some of the issues at least i can special and not have random punches come out. no cvs2 i dont think the’ll ever put it back in the tech said not enough money. Anyone who has a joystick and is willing to come over to my house and play some 3’s and marvels is definately welcome i have a d pad but no second joystick my other one is not working. me and tony both ordered new sticks last week, so more in house gaming should be starting up soon, its not like we have been playing and not telling people
I’m going to Scandia tonight… haven’t been there in a while. SFSU is just TOO nice. SF4, 3S and Marvel. Decent comp in all games. You guys should roll with me to the city for a day for some punchfest.

tekken 6 at scandia?
Been working on something, so I’ll post it in an hour or two, hopefully it shall spark our small community here for competition reliably. Stayed tuned, I’m going to need some input.

does Scandia still have Mortal Kombat II Challenger with Smoke and all them characters?
when’s the next tournament? If they do have it then add that to the next tournament along with Super Street Fighter II Turbo or Street Fighter Alpha 3 or some other game…do they have Street Fighter?
I maybe there in November and/or December…
They have MK3 no alpha 3, no Super street fighter 2 turbo (that works).
