in a strange twist, Tony is no longer banned at scandia!!! it appears that they will not pursue felony charges against him, which is awesome news. And even better news coming from this, Andrew, and his 3 ddr friends, the ones who apparently ratted him out, and were fucking with the machines jerking around the sticks on marvel, have been banned. 5 years! lets all cheer, maybe the machines will actually work when we all show up for some marvel. gogogogogogogo.

I’ll make it a point to go to Scandia and ease you towards step 2. Just in case it ever becomes feasible. I saw you on ST for a bit with Rivival and that looked fun. And i’m sure there are some who would love to get some MArvel on with you on a reliable stick for a reasonable (AKA non-existant) price. I mean, techincally, every house you’ve been to is a house you’ve never been to before, so if you’re interested, well you know where the thread is.

That got annoying quick. I’m not a serious Smash player but I already hate Ike. I was playing a Wi-Fi match with my friend from Berkeley and his brother a couple nights ago. I can’t count how many times I was knocked off the stage by Ike at only 28-35%. Ridiculous.
I won’t be at the gathering tonight. I’m stressed out by various things and would like to get some actual sleep tonight.

I’m planning on heading up for some games. I gotta help my mom do some astronomy homework first, but then be assured, I’ll be up to throw down.
Well, it’s partly not even your guys’ fault. I like playing in public places because I’m just not a terribly outgoing person, and also because I just like arcade machines better than Dreamcast. DC sticks are so bulky that although I can stand at an arcade machine for hours, I’ll cramp up trying to find a position I’m comfortable sitting in to get the stick to work. That’s on top of the whole “strange house I don’t know how to find with lots of people in it I don’t know” thing. I didn’t even go to people’s houses too often in Portland or Seattle where I knew everyone there because of that.
It might change when STHD comes out; I like the EX2 sticks that we use for testing the gameplay at work on X360. However, it’s my understanding that the MvC2 Xbox version sucks, so that’s probably a no go. I don’t know, do you have any sticks there are are as light as those things? That might potentially change my mind. My own DC stick is a cumbersome beast.

Nah Kris, I’ll be in Tahoe. Nick has a T5 stick and I used it tonight. I kinda like it. I’ll want to play on yours to see if its the same.
