I’m curious as to the time table on it’s return as well. It wasn’t up last night, it looks like rival schools is in it’s old case.
So I’m guessing HNK and CVS2 are getting replaced by other games in the tech’s collection until CVS2 gets repaired? I remember Dan mentioning that Vampire Savior and MVC1 were up at Scandia recently.
The reason I keep asking is because I love CVS2 (obviously). I suck at 3S and Marvel, so that leaves only CVS2 and XX Slash as games I’m decent at that Scandia has 
I’m in the process of learning 3S, but CVS2 is my main game as far as playing goes now. I play MVC2 but only when there is no CVS2. I’d be interested in learning some GG if people there wanna show me how to play. I really wanna get together with the people that play CVS2 and get some games in, I’m only getting more and more rusty.
Also who are the normals I usually see there? I think some of them do not post, or at least often. I mean I know a group there, but I don’t know who they are on the forums.
And when do the other players that were there on the tourney show up? A_Rival, Niko, and someone I could have sworn they called spanky (work a long black coat).
EDIT: I was thinking about going to Scandia tonight to get some 3S practice in, since the only version I have is the DC and if I’m reading all the posts correctly, it’s a horrible port. Would anyone good at it care to come by and school me and help me get some experience? I’ll play marvel if anyone wants to play as well. If CVS2 is up though, I’d love to play that with some of you.

I think I’d be free, but my stick only works for DC, do you guys have any sticks that are non-japanese style (like the hori sticks) that work on whatever system you guys play 3S on?
I got paid, so I’m going to buy some p360s to put into some new sticks. I have one stick that works for ps2, but 3 that work for my modded xbox(with SF3 and marvel).
I’m just now practicing CVS2, so I’ll be able to get into it with you. There’s a whole lot to study to do since I know practically nothing about it. I’d love to get schooled.
Considering the importance of getting a stick… PS2 or 360?
I’ve got the Tekken 5 stick for PS2. That’s about it beyond PS2 pads, which I wish I could use in arcades.

Depends on where most of your collection lies or how often you enter console tourneys.
I’d say definitely go for PS2, mostly because most of the best conversions (as well as a large variety import/domestic) of FG games fall on the PS2.
Also in terms of stick conversion, there are adapters for PS2–>PS3 as well as PS2---->DC. Both of which are (or will be) rich with fighters.
I wish I could make it tonight. I’ve managed to get sick (again) for the third time in the last 3 months. Bah.
Myself and Sam could come, would anyone show up though? Also when is this happening tonight?

I would be down, but not for tonight. I just got through with a 7 hour flight yesterday, followed by a presentation in mandarin, too tired. what games would be played since there are 2 large tvs? I assume 3s and then cvs2? what about some Vampire? theres a group of about 6 of us that play ggpo regularly
