Yeek. I haven’t been by Scandia just because I’m mainly a Marvel player when I do hit arcades and the machine’s dinky and nobody ever plays it anyway. Most of the time someone plays it, it’ll be someone playing Jin/Venom/Tron-throw assist.
…at least nobody’s complained that I actually use the assist buttons yet. But I’m waiting for it one of these days if I ever go back.
I think the last time I went in there was around January. Disappointing.
lol, looks like the people at Scandia (Rohnert Park) are looking for someone to repair their equipment. You guys might be able to ensure that the fighting games work if one of you is repairing the machines.
yeah scandia just lost 1 tech and the other will be gone mid august.
new tech working allready: 3s is now working at scandia, and all buttons on fighters have been fixed
let me know if you guys are going to try to start the Scandia scene up again, it’d be nice not to have to go to fairfield just to get a little comp
Where did they move 3S to? I was there a couple days ago but I didn’t see it.

i dropped by tonight for about half an hour. two random mexican dudes on cvs2… ray was fucking around on mvc2 for a bit. he beat some shitty wannabe mag player. so yeah, dead. third strike sticks/buttons seemed alright when daniel and i hit that place up thursday night for like fifteen minutes. but i don’t know. i know i haven’t been playing fighting games lately but yeah, just doesn’t seem worth going anymore…
it’s only usually cool when some of us hit it up in a big group, but if we’re doing that, why wouldn’t we just play at home for free?
I would definitely be down with traveling to Sonoma County to get some fighting game comp/practice. I’m done going to Scandia.
Kris, do you have anyone up there that can host a lot of people? I think I have an extra TV lying around somewhere I can bring.
