The owner of Starbase (Video Bob) is truly dedicated to coin-op and gaming, in general. If something doesn’t work right just ask him and he will almost always fix it.
Reason we don’t have 3rd strike is that no one plays it and it got sold. CvS2 is hard and expensive to buy these days, unfortunately so no go on that. But, if anyone ever wants a challenge on SF2:HF I can bring it and then some…
oh yeah, Mr Wiz, hisself has been to Starbase several times over the years (we are world reknowned for San Fran Rush/2049 play) and he always liked the place. Respect the old skool arcades as they are a dying breed my friends!
I do have to give it up to starbase, except for the fact that it has none of the heavy hitting fighters. I played 3s ONCE there before they got rid of it, but that’s all I could get away with.
It’s just not a fighting gamer’s arcade.
