So what is the 707 up to these days? From my cursory glance through the last few pages it appears that Starbase has SF4? Is it still kind Flakesville as far as 707 playing together or is there a solid group/place now?
we play occasionally in santa rosa, when are you available to play hoaxium and what games do you play?
Don’t really have any scheduling issues, I most likely wouldn’t come out often, but if there was a solid time where most of marin/sonoma would gather to play, I’d be interested in showing up as often as possible.
Other than Rival, I have a hard time placing forum names with faces, but I’m sure I’ve met a majority of you. I would come with my friend to play MvC2 at Scandia on and off after things kinda cooled down a couple summers ago.
As far as the games I play, I mainly enjoy MvC2, but play CvS2 as well. I want to get into SF4, I was kinda late on it and was waiting for SSF4. It’s actually one of the reasons I was checking in, I think my small group of friends and I will be trying to get into it, and I wanted to see if we had a good group around here.
Starbase Wed. Night is the place in the northbay to play SF4 and soon super. We had 18 people last wed. you should swing by next time!

If so, I haven’t seen you and your hommies in hella days. Since Nick’s get together a long ass time ago.
It is I. We’ve been playing for a while so we just kinda go in and out of phases of playing it. Looking to get into SF4 though, was planning on just waiting for SSF4 but might as well start early. After losing my close friend who basically was the only one that said we should go to Scandia anymore it’s died a little more.
Going to attempt to get up the motivation to check out one of the nights at Starbase, but I wanted to kinda check in and see if things were any more organized or if everyone was kinda off doing there own thing like our little group.
anthony, I’m sorry for your loss. Most of us play on xbox live now, thank you stiltman. If you got that, me, alex, joe, tony, wen, all play, most of us try to avoid scandia but if you want to get some games down sometimes, I’ll tell Alex, he has been wanting to play you again
I appreciate the kind words. I’m not too big of a gamer, so I actually don’t have any systems at the moment, other than my DC for MvC2. I’ll see if I can get Sam to commit to going to Scandia with me for some games. Do you guys do the Starbase thing at all or is another group?
Starbase is mostly for the SF4 crowd, they have a nice setup over there. but Alex occasionally has get togethers at his new pad where Marvel is the focus, and a tad of Tekken, so next time it happens I’ll post it up.

Looking for games in the Santa Rosa area: I’ve been playing SF4 mainly lately since that’s where activity is but I’ve sunk countless hours into most SNK games and Soul Calibur 2. I can shake the rust off if need be 
Not a huge fan of MvC2, and only a casual player of Guilty Gear.
