I wonder if ac-slayer plays either version of 3sOE. He was a nice guy.

try to work on your basics, footsies and whiff punishing. your ground game needs to be exceptionally strong as a chun player. also you need to kara throw more ( i didnt see any). practice hit confirms, the only supers you got were off punishment situations.

Those matches are terrible.

I didn’t realise posting in this thread required top level play. In fact I’ve watched plenty of the videos here and lots of them are worse, we can’t all be as good as RX…

If you don’t like feedback than don’t post match videos. When someone posts a vid it’s either of mid level or higher play or they’re asking for advice on how they can they improve. I’m sorry but an Ibuki doing fullscreen sweep grab (whatever the fuck the move’s name is) is simply terrible.

That was not a feedback but just a random crap comment like you do 90% of time.
Have you watched other vids posted in this thread?
More than 80% are worse than this one, and even if it was not the case, can’t you just stfu instead of vomit useless troll post?

…No, what you’re doing is making one of those crap comments that infest SRK.* Most of the match videos on here are at least decent or funny. The video he posted was mostly just people mashing.

*This is the situation right now, I’ll point a good picture for you: Guy posts a bad video. I comment on saying it’s bad, I don’t go out of my way to insult the guy and say “LOL WHAT A BUNCH OF SCRUBS! LULZ SCRUBS SHOULD STOP PLAYING! I R ELITIST!” nothing of the sort. Then suddenly you get a bug up your ass and try to blow it out of proportion.

ESN impression: How dare you call it how bad the matches, your comments are crap and so are you face. Blah blah blah blah blah.

And why don’t you just post something like “don’t use this, don’t do that, etc…” like everybody usually do?
Anyway, i’m not gonna argue with you anymore, it’s a waste of time.

Here’s my advice: Don’t mash. Problem solved.

And where is your avatar from? I’m sure it’s from a Guro manga, or possibly something from Deviantart.

I feel like I’ve just re-started an old argument between you guys here so all I’ll say is this - I’d be quite happy to receive feedback so long as it’s constructive, saying somethings terrible doesn’t help much

In the last match of that video; Urien (me) vs. Ken, I know there are plenty of things I do wrong (dropped combos etc) but the main reason I lost is because I don’t know how to deal with his pressure when I’m in the corner. Any tips?

You have Ken dude, you can do anything with him. Super Jump EX Tatsu out of that corner. If you can’t jump out, and let’s say he does Aegis and it’s not touching you but you can’t quite jump then just be prepared block/parry any shoulders, Urien’s LOVE to dash and throw so be prepared for that. Everything else comes with time and knowledge of the matchup.

Don’t mind ESN, he for whatever reason gets a bug up his ass when he see’s me post.

mubress is playing Urien.

In which case, you should play it a little patient and wait for an opportunity to do something like LP Headbutt(if you think he’s gonna try to throw) or Kneedrop over him to escape. Urien doesn’t really have anything particularly great to get out of the corner, so you just gotta feel it out and wait for the right moment while blocking. I mean you COULD parry if you wanted, but you’ll be eating damage if you guess wrong.

I always forget that knee drop can get me out if they’re close, and that’s probably my best bet as parrying is still hit or miss for me (mainly miss).

Good advice, thanks
