most of you must have noticed it but the teams are mixed. they probably dont have commplete teams at the moment so that should be the answer. only 21 characters seems way too low for a kof. at least we wont have 12 versions of ryu pallete swaps in it, now lets hope theres a big ass difference between the characters and their styles of play.

I doubt that Kyo/Ash/Shen are an actual team. The roster isn’t finished nor are the teams finalized. Don’t worry about it.

I just found out about that “random select”. Sorry I was looking at the other pic where it was zoomed out because I couldn’t connected to the one zoomed in on the character select screen for some reason. So yeah that was definitely my bad.
As for my pixel art comment I was referring to the art-style of the game. Basically how the characters are colored in.

The small roster is fine by me. Sure I have my favorite fighters that probably wont be in this game(Joe, Jhun, Yama, Heavy D and so forth) but what matters to me is balance. Even if its broken out of the box, just make sure to get a patch ASAP. Give a damn about the American KOF community SNK!

that’s what worries me since it’s traced over 3d animation. it might look stiff but if they tweaked the sprites by not tracing every frame perfectly and gave it a stretch/squash look, then it should look good
